The bike shut off within 3 minutes of riding for the first time. Now continues to intermittently shut off every minute or two with a full battery. Apparently a common issue with this product. No listed contact information for seller.

Purchased mid February, son’s bday end of March. Unboxed it and the front plastic decor was a little broken but we were okay with some superglue and aesthetic cracks. It’s day 2 of him finally riding it and the bike random just turns off. Push the button enough times and it turns on again. And then pop quiz turns off later. Gifted after the return window closed.

Was able to have grandson ride this bike several times and all looked good. then one day the throttle stuck and cannot be ridden and I cannot find out who to call to get this fixed so it just sits now with a sad grandson because he cant ride it. Amazon is of little help.
