We had an ottoman that went with our couch that was way too big, we couldn’t walk around so we looked around but couldn’t find anything for an affordable price. To get a smaller ottoman that matched our couch it would have been $700! So we looked on Amazon and found this one. Very affordable and assembly was easy. It fits perfectly with our couch, we can even store stuff below the cushion. When I opened the box, there was a damaged part. It was replaced very fast and without hassle compared to other suppliers. The product for the price is of very good quality. After a few months, the bolts needed to be retightened. If they looses again, I will put threadlocker.

Feeling disappointed because we previously ordered this exact item and it was good. Wooden legs were a dark black look. Then ordered again (literally selected the order again button from my previous order) and this time the wooden legs were brownish red. Additionally the fabric top was a darker shade of grey compared to the last one. And it’s only been a few months since we ordered the first one. Regardless, I reached out to see if they could send me one with the black legs to match my last one and just never heard back. I had wanted to place them next to each other in our loft but they look so different that we’ll just have to use the other one somewhere else in the house where it isn’t as visible since the brownish red legs really don’t go with our current decor.
