These are very good for arch support and heel pain relief and are a good value for the money. I use them in my house shoes to deal with walking on hardwood floors. I transfer them to my golf shoes to facilitate walking around on grass and into my sketchers when walking outside on pavement. They are easy to move in and out of various footwear, are durable, and make a big difference in comfort when dealing with prolonged walking, golfing, and playing pickleball!! I also appreciate that they fit my feet well without my needing to get fitted by a podiatrist.

I bought these insoles for some very flat-footed "Shoes for Crews" shoes for work. My feet were experiencing pain standing for 6+ hours at a time, and these insoles completely diminished the pain. I have high arches, and these support them great. It's now been almost a year and they are still holding up well. They were easy to put in and size, and I will definitely be buying another set when my current one finally gives out, which I don't suspect will be soon.

I have been using orthopedic insoles for a week now, and my impressions are only positive! From the first day, I felt comfort and convenience - my feet get tired less, even after a long walk. I would buy these again and again! I’ve had them for a few months, and these have great overall support for my plantar fasciitis injury. The hardness of the arch gives the perfect amount of firmness to keep my feet positioned well, while the rest of it is cushiony in all the right places

Overall these are fairly comfy and do help with pain from tears in the plantar fascia however as a heavier person I noticed after about a month of wearing them daily they started creaking. Like every single step I make they loudly creak to the point I’m embarrassed to wear them in quieter areas, I sound like grandmas rocking chair as I walk. They are also super thick which is great but do require you to remove the unsolved built into your shoes from the factory. Not all shoes have this function so check before you buy.

This is definitely the best product for foot pain and plantar fascists. It conforms to to my foot shape promotes my gait and posture. As an RN standing on our feet 12 hrs a day for over 30yrs has taken a toll but this product is the BEST. I highly recommend it. It is worth ever penny

Best insoles I've had yet. My feet and legs feel better than they have in years. Says for 240 lb+ but i weigh 210 and they work good for me. I have a high arch so the extra support makes a big difference.
