Absolutely BEAUTIFUL dishes! I want to start by saying I was hesitant because of the reviews about broken pieces, but these were packed so well, they arrived in perfect condition. They’re truly scratch resistant so they don’t make that awful noise when you drag your fork across them. They’re dishwasher safe, and they’re probably the most solid plates I have ever owned. I chose the blue and I couldn’t be happier with the gorgeous color! They’re also a really nice size! Dinner plates big enough for the large portions of a teenage boy and salad plates that you can actually use for salads because of the little lip around the dish. And the bowls are also a really good size! Big enough you can use them to microwave stuff in because they leave room for boiling liquid. Overall I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a beautiful but solid set of dishes. I’m a mom of 3 boys, one being a growing teen and one being a toddler (the youngest one doesn’t use dishes yet) and so far these dishes work for all of us!

I just love this stoneware, it's nice looking, has a nice weight and thickness to it, cleans up and drys easily, I hand-wash my dishes so haven't tried dishwasher yet but have used in microwave it's a bit warm to touch but works nicely, I love the size and shape of the plates and the small lip to keep food from slipping over, overall great price and product, I ended up with the 8 plates 8 salad plates and 8 bowls which I'll add bowls are a perfect size for soup, salad or cereal I only needed 6 of each but if one breaks I have back up. These plates should last a very longtime, they came packed nicely, box was very heavy and well padded I recommend.

We really love these plates. they look so nice and they came packed super well. no chance of anything breaking in transit. They are nice and heavy as well. The lip around the plates is just what we wamted and easy to scoop or hold food in. the bowls are nice and just a perfect set for what we wanted.
