Summary: These are well-made LED recess lights that have color temperature control via slider on the junction box and support most dimmer wall-switches. I have tried multiple different vendors that supply lights of this type. These lights were similar in build quality and slightly better in overall ease of installation than others I have tried. I have no concerns recommending these lights for any in home application. I will report back if I have any longevity issue. + I used them in an application to replace existing recessed 6” cans. I was able to remove the can, wire up the junction box, and install the light all from the below the ceiling. + Well packaged. Each lens/light comes in its own protection bag. + The entire surface of lens emits light uniformly. + At full intensity the light is quite bright. I used them in in a room with eight-foot ceilings at a spacing of about 6 feet light to light. They lit the room up extremely well. I even felt I needed to reduce the intensity from the maximum in most situations. + The lowest intensity is nice for evenings and times when you just need a little background light. + Like many lights of this type, these have a remote metal junction box where you make the AC connections. = The junction boxes each come with 3 wire nuts which are quite sufficient for most applications. Even as a highly skilled handyman, I had some struggles when I use the included wire nuts to bring 2 existing wires together with the light’s own wire. This is common when lights are “daisy chained” together as in my existing wiring. I would have likely but more successful with larger wire nuts. I switched to using some press fit connectors to make the process much easier. = You will need to provide grommets (metal or plastic) to provide a safe entry for your AC wire into the junction box. The junction box provides 3 knockouts of standard size for the AC wires to enter the box. (I was able to reuse the grommet from my existing application) + The box has a hinged metal door which latches nicely. I used electrical tape to secure the box shut for extra safety. + The Lights dimmed smoothly using my existing wall dimmer switch + I found the choices of light color temperature quite sufficient. I used the second warmest color based on the existing color palette of my room. ... show more

I love how easy this is to install, it was like a hassle free experience. These lights are very bright and can illuminate up the entire room. With the value for money, these are absolutely a no brainer. 6 for roughly $60 is an absolute steal. I think if you were to buy them individually, it would cost way more ... show more
