If your looking at this an thinking this looks good for the living room or wherever I think I need a “ realistic “ fireplace I’d be cautious, as yeah it looks good on Amazon but looks are deceiving. The measurements are not the as listed, it’s 21 inches wide & 12 inches long. The electric fireplace / stove takes quite a bit longer to get hot. Now when you get this an you press the temperature button it will say H1 [ this is the coil in the front behind the vent ] H2 is the [ heating element] you can run 1 or the other source of heat. There is a sensor built in that when it detects the room is not set at the preferred temperature it will automatically turn on an heat the room. Weight wise maybe 2 pounds but not anything like you would need to get your husband or wife to move. It’s not bad for small rooms but I wouldn’t recommend it if your expectation of quickly heating up is the reason for your purchase I’d go with the other brands that have the heating elements instead of the coils. ... show more
