So, lately I’ve been becoming one with my inner potato and I realized my metabolism is no longer working in my favor. I would go to the gym buuuuut who has the time I’m a single parent and I work full time. Your damn right I want to be a potato but what we want to do is not always what we need to do. So, my brilliant beyond ingenious idea... [insert superhero manly assuring voice] “I will workout at home but.... *shake fists into the air* BUT HOW?!?” So I grabbed my Pringle’s and get my laptop *types frantically* “google” and began searching “how to be a potato with no gym” and after a few days I saw resistant bands as a suggestion (because google stalks me and knows I’ve been searching working out at home). Anyways, I was very reluctant to buy any resistant bands because I read horror stories and seen the pics to back it up. So after some extensive research on brands and reviews I went this one and no regerts (Intentional typo)! But I’ve been using them for over a month now and [insert british voice] “Why. I must say I’m rather impressed! Diddly- diddly do!” They're sturdy and well built so my fear of one of these bad boys snapping and ruining my Aphrodite like face is slowly and surely becoming non existent (but the fear will always be there). But I trust this product. But does it work? Yes. It really works. Side note- I don’t use the arm band thingy because it’s cheaply made. I actually put it in a lost and found basket... somewhere.... Anyways, I just got this set because it was cheaper to get this with the smaller resistant bands. Than to buy it separately. And I’m poor. Side side note.... I don’t look like Aphrodite...     • Good but not Super
It was hard to star this at a 4. I feel like it does deserve a 5, so take away right now that ultimately, it is a pretty good 5 outta 5. However, the only issue and complaint I have are the actual bands. Not the resistant bands or the equipment for those. The resistant bands are amazing! Haven't encountered ANY issues with them, and I use them 4x weekly. The thigh/squat bands however, are a pain to really work with. They're okay to use against the calves, and work on squats like that, but around the thighs are huge no-go for me. They just roll and get very painful. So I'll be using them at the bottom of my legs. And if that's their intended purpose then hooray, I learned something new for THIS in particular. Otherwise, i do not recommend using them on your upper thighs. BUT, for Durability, QUALITY, function, all of that, I ABSOLUTELY recommend them. Especially to take on the go. They'll fit in a small gym bag, maybe a large tote or even a medium purse. I may come back and change my review star to 5, after I test the thigh bands on the lower legs, and see if there's anyway I can use them elsewhere. ... show more

This product is quality believe me. I am picky as hell, and searched since March until i found Tamasi-US in April 2020 and purchased this item. You can add these together and will get a great workout. All items are as prescribed , EXACTLY. Purchase with eyes closed , and if you read negative comments, well, i don't believe them. The door handle is so great, i can't believe it actaully that good quality. Tamasi-US, for me, is quality from now and on. I will definitely buy another one for spare parts for future, for saftey if Tamasi US go out of bussiness, which i really hope not. Must buy i swear this is insanely great product. No i wasn't paid to write this, nor i am friends with Tamasi-US. Just wanted to write this review because i am impressed. If they send me another one free for my good word i will not mind it off course haha! UPDATE AGAIN: 4/27 The Velcro on both ankle straps are now useless, and the rip also has gotten bigger from 4/13. Still no word from the seller. Took 1 more star off. UPDATE: 4/13 The leg straps that came with it are already starting to wear out fast. The stitching is coming undone. Took another star off. ORIGINAL : It came in 2 days before the estimated arrival date! Thank you! I was worried that it may not come in with all of the the bundle because of the reviews that were on here, but I’m glad to see that it did. So far it looks great and durable, but I will be updating this after using it for a week. I took off one star because of the weight equivalence, but that’s fine. It’s far from what is advertised. Right now with this quarantine, resistance bands are so rare. I’m grateful that I was able to snag one this week. It’s definitely better than not having any! ... show more

    • Now I can get a good workout at home
I had twins 8 months ago and have been wanting to work on getting back into shape. Unfortunately I'm not able to go the the gym right now. I had taken my home workouts as far as I could using just body weight but the reps I needed to reach fatigue were getting ridiculous. I was looking for something to increase my intensity without breaking the bank. I love that this comes with so many options. Bought this item bc gyms are closed during COVID-19 and my adult son needs to workout everyday. Shipped quickly, considering everything is shipping slowly right now. Product arrived looking exactly like the pictures. Appears to be good quality. I watched a few videos on youtube to figure out how to hook it up and perform different exercises and found out how easy it was to set up. I've not been in a gym, or worked out, for decades but will use this product to get back into shape. My adult son works out everyday at the gym and finds this to be a good substitute until the gyms open up again. I'm very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone just starting out with exercise and for those with a regular exercise program.
