I purchased the 34ft IGADPole Washing Kit to clean and reach the top of my standing seam metal roof. It gets the job done by delivering water directly to the brush for actual cleaning, not just rinsing. The water pressure is not very strong and there is a small leak at the brush head, but the flow is steady enough to be effective. The length is excellent for high areas, although it’s a bit awkward to maneuver when fully extended due to its size. The pole, locking mechanisms, and attachments feel sturdy and well made. The soap dispenser is a nice feature in theory, but it’s hard to tell whether it is dispensing anything. There is no visible indication or control that makes this clear during use. Customer service was a standout. My kit included an extra gooseneck extension that did not align correctly. I sent a photo of the issue, and the company quickly understood and sent a replacement part without any hassle. I did have to follow up once, since my initial message went to their spam folder, but once I heard back, they were very responsive and helpful. I also reached out with questions about swapping attachments and whether that might wear out the hose connections over time. They assured me it should not be a problem and even shared a helpful video showing the proper way to make the swaps. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and the support behind it. If you need a long-reach cleaning tool that performs well and comes with great customer service, I would recommend this one.

You know what it's like when you buy something that just works well? Im very impressed with this. Bought it to clean our solar panels on a 1 1/2 storey house (42 panels) which hadn't been cleaned in three years. They had accumulated grime and pollen and the panels output was down. This system assembled easily. The extension tubes work well, they are remarkably rigid given the distance they extend and pretty lightweight. I'm old and arthritic but I had no problems using the brush at full extension. The water spray system works well. The soap dispenser does its job. My wife was excited about the microcloth/squeege combo tool (that even comes with replacement squeeze blades) and the spiderweb tool! So, overall an excellent purchase.

It did an excellent job cleaning my solar panels. It has a strong enough poll to reach the full 24' without issue. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the soap container is way too small and has a tendency to leak if not properly seated. I had to stop and fill the soap many times. The instructions are not great, but they are good enough to figure out the assembly.

When I ordered this product I was skeptical as other telescoping poles have failed for me in the past. I usually don’t write too many reviews but this is the best tool I have ever used to clean windows, eaves, drip rails and my gutters. It has exceeded my expectations and I look for many years of use. Fantastic product and well worth the cost. I would like to see a “V” shape broom attachment to clean the valleys on my roof Currently I have to climb on the roof to remove the leaves, twigs and pollen from the live oak trees here in Florida.

I clean windows everyday for a living and I use a waterfed pole daily. This pole is not meant for this purpose. It is cheaply made and heavy. The brush is weak and doesn’t provide scrubbing. The sprayer tips are thing and spray poorly. The filter is a joke that just added in for some reason is does nothing. When it’s fully extended it is very wobbly and you won’t clean any high windows. The squeegee is ok but the mop is trash. The clamps are junk and will break if over tightened. The hoses and attachments leak bad. The hose kinks really bad! This isn’t an ideal waterpole. Also, apparently if you use the pole you may be charged for using it. But how do you know if it works if you can’t use it? Even Walmart has a 30 day return for this. No questions asked, it’s not my fault the company has poor manufacturing processes and produces lackluster products.

You can stay on the ground and clean your solar Pannels! My husband loves it, we do not have a 2 Story house, highly recommend. The poles are really sturdy, brushes are sturdy and clean well, so it’s easy to control and cleans your pannels quickly and throughly. Easy to put together and to use!

I was impressed with the build quality of the pole assembly and the water brush! I cleaned my solar panels yesterday, and all of the dirt that had accumulated over the summer into a caked-on mess EASILY came off with this cleaning tool! Only effort required was just pushing the brush back and forth on the panels, as just the weight of the pole and brush assembly applied the necessary scrubbing pressure to get all the gunk off! I was standing on a ladder when using this product, and the adjustable pole length was perfect for reaching the two rows of panels on my roof. (I did NOT use the soap dispenser, so cannot comment on its function). My solar panel electricity production increased about 15% after cleaning, so I will definitely be cleaning them more often now with this great cleaning tool so I can get more $$ ouf of my solar panel investment!

I was super excited to use this to clean my panels but this fell short in performance. Assembly was straightforward, the little hoses were a bit troublesome to connect. The hose that is included kinks very easy on itself or almost anything it touches. The quick connect while a good idea also pops off whenever it bumps into anything. I tried to use this while on the ground but the poll was not long enough to reach my top panels and didn’t allow me to apply any pressure to the brush. I ended up climbing on the roof. The poll when fully extended bends a lot just under its own weight. Even when barely 1/2 way extended it bends a lot. (See pictures) This made it very difficult to scrub the panels at a distance. The brush is very small which makes the whole process take longer as well. With all the issues it seems like more trouble than it’s worth. Very sad it didn’t work better.
