I finally completed the roof on my cabin, and I have to say I am very happy with this stuff for ease of application and use. I installed this underlayment with special 3/4" long plastic-capped electo-galvanized ring-shanked nails from Best Materials, and laid Owens Corning Duration Château Green architectural shingles from Home Depot over it, nailed in by hand with ordinary 7/8" roofing nails which I had purchased as bulk unused surplus on eBay. Very hard work, but a little bit at a time, what you see is what you get on the roof, and it will all settle down and be pressed very flat under a heavy weight of snow. I plan to use the remainder of the roll for house wrap under the siding. ... show more

Works well, quality is good, does not rip easily, it's not slippery when I was stepping on it while on roof. But use roofing shoes, step on those plastic nail caps.
