My packaging came in completely secure and undamaged. Having the extra crystals was nice in case any were damaged. Only downside side for me was that I wish it came down lower since I have higher ceilings but it’s still beautiful. Two professional contractors were able to put it up without much fuss. I was in the process of building my new home. I ordered this chandelier and stored it properly. Upon time to install it was broken and rusty. I had only opened the box upon receiving but had not removed the plastic film so I was unable to return it. Also the app does not work properly to change colors or dim. So I wasted my money.
