I just recieved the Gray Adelaide 16-Piece Porcelain Dinnerware Set and I have previously purchased the Yellow Adelaide 16-Piece Porcelain Dinnerware Set about 4 months ago. This plate set is beautiful! I used the yellow dinnerware set for thanksgiving and it was so popular that I purchased the gray dinnerware set for Christmas dinner!! Everyone keeps complimenting me on how beautiful these plates are, I am so glad that I bought them.     • Broke in two when microwaved
I liked the plates and bowls and the pretty color. When I put one of the small plates in the microwave it broke completely in two even though it says on the back of the dishes that they are microwave safe. I received the order June 12th. When I called to get a replacement on plate on August 11th Amazon would not replace the plate and said the window to return had expired. So they would not honor the return unless I sent the whole set back and then they would charge a restocking fee. I just need the one plate replaced and returning the whole set is so wasteful and costly. ... show more

They are very beautiful dishes, they keep cold food very cold and hot foods scolding. Feels like legitimate chinaware will definitely be getting more in the future.

Doing dishes is hard enough. It is worse when you dislike the set you are using. This set is beautiful, durable and functional. Although the square shape concerned me, the dishes fit in the dishwasher without a problem. 222Fifth makes very nice dinnerware. This set makes me happy each time I use it.
