Really Lovely
Love this china pattern. It goes in the dishwasher and comes out shining.

Elegant, retro that fits modern, beautiful, therapeutic design. Thick and heavy, but that was expected, by the description of the material.

VERY sturdy
These dishes are large and heavy. They resemble restaurant ware . Pretty but far from delicate. Great for everyday use.

They are gorgeous!
Color: Yellow Style: Square Plates
Review Image by Happiness is mine! Happiness is mine!
I love them, they are beautiful, and the price was fantastic! But I think the price might be so incredible because they are a bit defective - not all of the items, but definitely some - the one I have pictured is the 'worst'. But they are so pretty! I'll just make certain that I am the one that uses the defective items so no one will know but me! ... show more

BEAUTIFUL! PERFECT FOR HOLIDAY DINNERS!
I just got my apartment and I have been buying things for the apartment. I just recieved the Gray Adelaide 16-Piece Porcelain Dinnerware Set and I have previously purchased the Yellow Adelaide 16-Piece Porcelain Dinnerware Set about 4 months ago. This plate set is beautiful! I used the yellow dinnerware set for thanksgiving and it was so popular that I purchased the gray dinnerware set for Christmas dinner!! Everyone keeps complimenting me on how beautiful these plates are, I am so glad that I bought them. These plates look way more expensive than what it actually costs and it is a unique fashionable design. ... show more

Broke in two when microwaved
I liked the plates and bowls and the pretty color. When I put one of the small plates in the microwave it broke completely in two even though it says on the back of the dishes that they are microwave safe. I received the order June 12th. When I called to get a replacement on plate on August 11th Amazon would not replace the plate and said the window to return had expired. So they would not honor the return unless I sent the whole set back and then they would charge a restocking fee. I just need the one plate replaced and returning the whole set is so wasteful and costly. ... show more

Reminds you of your Grandmother’s chinaware
They are very beautiful dishes, they keep cold food very cold and hot foods scolding. Feels like legitimate chinaware will definitely be getting more in the future.

Beauty and durability do apply to this set!
Doing dishes is hard enough. It is worse when you dislike the set you are using. This set is beautiful, durable and functional. Although the square shape concerned me, the dishes fit in the dishwasher without a problem. 222Fifth makes very nice dinnerware. This set makes me happy each time I use it.
