There are two plugs, one for the LED lamps, plus a separate plug for the quiet, powerful, adjustable-flow recirculating pump. Harmony's Helpful Tips for Fountains ● Use the pump regulator to adjust flow to your liking. ● Check and tighten all electrical connectors at set up. ● Maintain water level so the pump remains fully submersed at all times. More arid climates may evaporate water sooner than humid environments. ● The submersible pump is constructed to screen out debris from the water and should be checked and cleaned periodically to maintain premium performance. ● To ensure proper flow of water over the feature, slightly adjust the horizontal level of the fountain as needed (shims). ● For longevity, drain, cover/store fountain during wintertime (freezing).

The media could not be loaded. The fountain arrived packaged very well, a box within a box and then it was packed in styrofoam. The fountain contains lights and was very easy to install. I really liked the panel on the back that slides over the pump, water reservoir. Be sure to read the instructions first, so you know how it works. After filling it up with water we plugged it in and it took it just a few seconds to begin pumping the water through the system and then the water began to fall from the top of the fountain to the next level and then the next. It has a lovely trickling sound. The lights accent the water as it flows through the system. The pump has a little bit of a hum to it, but nothing load or annoying. We have really enjoyed the fountain in our front entry way and have had a number of comments on it as people have dropped things off at our home. ... show more

I like this fountain. it is a little loader than I would like and just sounds like I left the water running. It does lose water on hot days so It should be watched for low level. The pump must remain covered. There is a lot of cordage with the pump and light transformer. I had to cram the plugs into a weather proof cover and try to keep the receptacle at ground level so it didn't stick out too much. I have a big area and it is kind of small as a center piece in my application. ... show more

Did not work well at first. I had to file the back sliding door to get it to fit more easily and work on the pump to get the water to come out consistently. I loosened the foam at the top to do that. The plug runs hot. I use this in a frog tank to I also put a piece of foam at the water hole to keep them safe. I unplug on a regular basis to keep things working. ... show more

It’s a sweet little fountain, but it is tiny. Just make sure you look at the dimensions before buying. Good water flow, but it doesn’t hold hardly any water. I have to fill it up every night. Also, some of the paint/plastic is coming off where the water cascades. Nothing major, but worth noting.

I love this realistic, charming fountain that we have in our courtyard. Very easy to get it up and running. The only caveat, and I probably should have researched more thoroughly AND this might not be an issue for other people, but it's VERY quiet and we were hoping to mask neighbor conversations as well as mask our's. Also, we did not bother with the LED lights, which seemed complicated and unnecessary. SO, we will probably ALSO get a larger more noisy fountain. That being said, if you want a quietly soothing water sound, this is great! ... show more

This fountain is beautiful. Pretty much all I had to do was add H2O and plug in. It sits in the rocks at the end of our patio and blends with the surroundings. I bought this on sale, to replace a fountain I'd bought at a big box store that had broken. The soothing sound of the water flowing down is better than the previous fountain. Also, since the water is more contained and not open to direct sun, I've had to refill it much less. I really wasn't interested in the light aspect, but I was wrong, the lights in the dark twinkle magically. I'm extremely happy with my purchase! ... show more
