I bought the 65qt while on sale. I went back and forth on buying it because I just couldn't justify paying that much for a cooler. Do yourself a favor and get it. Quality is great and the color is nice. My main reason for purchasing it was because of camping excursions out west in various places. What drew me to this was the added drawer underneath. It certainly keeps food cold. Plus it has a lock so it does not pop open. I did not worry about cheese, lunch meat, bratwurst, bacon, various veggies, and turkey burgers spoiling and getting soggy. Tons of room for several different kind of drinks and whatever else you may want to take to keep cold. It can become extremely heavy when taking out of the car once the ice is actually melted. Have someone help you take it out so not to hurt yourself. Make sure when emptying that you are in an area you do not mind being drenched ground wise. The drain plug does very well of emptying out the water. I am thinking of purchasing another as a Christmas gift for my sister as she likes to travel often. ... show more

    • Dry Drawer is IT!

Ive wanted a higher end cooler that keeps things cold for longer than a day and Ive spent way too much time researching various brands. This hit the mark not only on features but price too. What sold me on it was the dry drawer and online reviews demonstrating its features. I filled it with ice on a Friday. By Sunday the ice was almost mostly melted but the dry drawer and inside of cooler were still at optimal temp as when full of ice. We were going in and out of the main cooler to get drinks out which i believe led it to melt faster. The dry drawer is literally alwaya dry and all my items stayed cool as if in the fridge. I had frozen hamburgers in there that stayed frozen for 3 plus hrs before I put them in a freezer. The dry drawer is what other brands are honestly missing from their products. I also love that its taller and narrower-i takes up less room in the back of the car. It does get a bit heavy but the handle is super sturdy and easy to use. Also, the drain is in a great spot and super easy to empty. The wheels are strong and rolls confidently. I would highly recommend this Ninja cooler. ... show more

Awesome, awesome, awesome cooler! I have several Yeti’s in the same 45 series and the Ninja is in my opinion better and at less cost when it comes to features and usability. The handle and wheels are great on the Ninja, the frost drawer is a great future that we use for sandwiches and snacks and not having to worry about water soaking the bread. Ice retention is great, on par with the other more expensive brands. Ninja makes great products and the ninja 45 frost vault with wheels is one of those great products. The media could not be loaded. First off I wanna say I haven't done the ice test first, but I can tell this would have ice for 4+ days and not miss a beat! You can tell its built with quality and very strudy!! Its huge for a 65QT and from the wheels to handle everything feels like it would last 30+ years im very impressed and for $265 its almost half the price of the top name brand coolers on the market! Caught it on sale to be fair, but even at $350 I feel like its a solid deal! Went for the light gray but it's darker gray than we expected but we are not mad we like the darker look of it more!! You can tell the seal and insulation are great quality and will last a long time! I like the latch on it better than the rubber ones on other coolers that I've seen break over time its functionally better and easy to operate and also the storage compartment on the bottom has a ton of room for extra things that you wouldn't want to get wet or have put directly on ice!! Fantastic product. We first used this cooler on a road trip of 1200 miles one way. Loaded the cooler with drinks, food, prepared sandwiches and meds that required cooling. We used ice packs, frozen water in large bottles, and roped it off with ice. When we arrived at our destination approximately 33 hours later. Everything stayed nice and cold, we still had plenty of ice in the cooler. The return trip was made with food and drinks, only this time we only used ice to top it off. After the trip was completed we had plenty of ice in the cooler. The cooler has a drawer that is something I have never seen in a cooler in the past. I kept my meds in the drawer along with other items. Heavy duty wheels are a part of the cooler as well as additional insulation. The additional insulation keeps food and drinks cold much longer than imagined. The cooler has a handle on each side that aides in lifting the cooler. It also has an additional handle that is used to pull the cooler. The lid when closed locks in place, securing your food and beverages. The additional insulation adds to the weight of the cooler. For this reason alone I deducted one star. If I could I would only deduct 1/4 star. Outstanding product I highly recommend. ... show more

This is truly a five star cooler - I watch a ton of videos on it and it even has yeti beat in terms of how long ice lasts and the dry drawer is genius. It is very well made. I am so disappointed to be returning it. It was just too large. The 30 is as big or bigger than my yeti roadie 48. It is also quite heavy and the purpose of the purchase was to find a good cooler for day trips mostly. This is just too big. The cavity isn’t, but the insulation and thickness of the walls - which make this a top notch cooler, also make it large and heavy. It is truly a 5 star cooler.
