They came vacuum sealed and did not expand after 30 minutes, so I wrung them in water and most of them expanded to full shape. They attached easily to my drill, and the Velcro made it easy to change them. I used a softer one to apply compound to some faded paint on my car. It worked great, so now my car looks a lot better.     • Vacuum sealed bag don't fret
I really just needed the disks the package is vacuum sealed. Not really a big issue there a label on the bag that says give them 5 to 10 minutes of air for the pads to fill back out. ( they don't ) lol. It's not a big deal though. Soak them in warm water and they will all expand to their true form. It's kinda like those dollar store pill expanding foam dinosaurs. Lol. Pads seem good though. I'll probably put some to work soon enough. ... show more

This entire kit is shipped vacuum sealed. Every foam pad is crushed flat and pretty much useless.

This is a nice little set of buffing / polishing pads to use in a drill. I used the set to polish and wax small areas on my wifes car. Being small in size lets you control the area that you are working on. It came in handy on the black plastic finished trims that seem to be popular on todays cars. Like some of the other reviews, the shrink wrap compressed pads to pancakes. Rinsed them in warm water all but two black pads returned to shape. Certainly not ready to use when they arrive. Ill spend a little more next time for quality.
