Have a more expensive brand but I like these more. I get a much clearer view and focus with these. Seem well made and easy to use. Fairly light weight. Neck strap was too difficult for to put on so just left it off. I'm sure I was just over thinking it (I'm really good at that).

I got these binos to replace an old pair [10x50] where the eyepiece had come loose. The optics are very good making the image very sharp even at distance. They also feel good and grippy in the hand and have a very large eye area lens which makes it easy to look through. So all in all a very good piece of equipment except I don't think that they are 20x50 and are really just 10x50 as the magnification is exactly the same as my old pair. I also have a 12x42 pair that delivers noticeably more magnification than these [but with lass field of view]. However, I am not an optics expert so maybe take that with a pinch of salt. ... show more

I really like the size verses power of these. Nice compact sized for a good power and wide field view. I'm replacing an old Bushnell pair what was twice as big for the 20 x 50 view. For being so cheap, not too bad. I own multiple pairs of quality (Zeiss, Sleiner, etc.) binocs, but bought these BECAUSE of the price for a specific purpose. A ltttle deceptive marketing, though. They are CLEARLY NOT 20x50 power. They are EXACTLY the same power as my 10x50 glasses. I kind of expected that, though, due to reading the other reviews. The instructions are also in English and German. Since they are made in CHINA, I can only think this is to make the buyer believe they bought a pair of GERMAN MADE optics; which is annoying, but since it's so transparent it's hardly relevent to evaluating the product. All that being said, for $40 they are a pretty decent pair of cheap binocs. Just remember, you get what you pay for. If you want GOOD glasses, don't go budget. ... show more
