Fast delivery first off Second. After ordering I received text offering support in any way will links to operation and maintenance.... Be prepared... I wasn't lol... This thing is assembled except for the stand (it even came with a small set of tools to assemble it)!!! And heavy... Have people ready to help you move it when it arrives.. I did have an issue... The presser gauge received some kinda damage in shipping (still don't quit see how packaging was done very well). The gauge would stick... No big deal I have extras in my shop... All no go the gauge is metric... So now what? I text back to the original text I received after ordering... Bam someone responded!! Asked exactly what was going on and for a small video.. took a few videos and said they would get right back to me... They agreed the gauge was bad and very apologetic. But getting just a gauge sent would take time as they would have to order it themselves... So they sent me an entire regulator set with a new gauge on it!!! The next day I had a text with pics of the new regulator and box with tracking info!!! Customer service is by far above and beyond!!! These guys are on top of it!!! So far press work amazing!!! Even if you're just a hobbyist this is worth the investment!! About the same price or less then some other brands and works flawless...
