Working nicely with the raspberry pi. Important note: as I'm currently using this with the raspi 3 and also tested with Pi Zero-2, It did require a USB type-C to micro USB adapter for these older generation Pi boards. That said, the adapters are readily available and generally can get a package of 4 adapters for only a few dollars, and I do prefer the type-c which is now used on the Pi4 and probably with future boards. .I haven't tested the actual output current to see if 3.5 amp as yet but the Pi is happy and not displaying any under-voltage warning upon boot nor while in operation. ... show more

    • Plenty of power for my PI with a USB powered SSD
To be honest I've only had this a couple weeks and have not had an opportunity to test its full potential. That said I wanted a reliable product with plenty of extra power for my PI running a SSD that is 100% powered by the PI itself. Eliminating one power cord from my experiment was well worth the money. This cable appeared to have the highest rating and looked similar to others I've been using. Up to 4 Amp capability made this a worry free installation. I'd buy this again. ... show more

These guys seem to have what it takes to power an RPI4. I have one acting as a media center-- and now and then it would give low voltage warnings despite doing nothing spectacular. I tried one of these and it was all smooth sailing. So much so that I ordered 3 more. I also like the power switch, so when I need to power-cycle the RPI I don't have to unplug and replug it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Pros: looks nice and has plenty of cord. I love the toggle switch.. Cons: I still get power warnings on my Octoprint dashboard every once in a while. So maybe make them a lil stronger.
