I have a Fluance RT81 Elite turntable, and this preamp DEFINITELY kicked up the quality of the sound by a notch or two. Gives the audio much more muscle, cleaner lows, and a punchy bass. I have Fluance bookshelf speakers, and before purchasing this preamp I had to turn the speakers all the way up to really get blasting. After purchasing the preamp, I am about 5 notches below max volume and that is more than enough. Easy to set up and well worth the money!

Works as advertised. I have a Yamaha receiver with preamp but wished to use the fluance preamp. Good quality sound. Make sure not hook up to phono input on receiver if it has a preamp built in.

I have been listening to music, vinyl in particular, for 65 years, and am completely blown away by this Fluance preamp. The clarity, separation and soundscape is incredible, a most worthy addition to my Fluance turntable.

NO MORE low rumble when vinyl is played at loud volumes and my woofers/subwoofers perform correctly without that uncontrolled bounce. Wish I had found this years ago. LOVE!

Was pleasantly surprised how good this was. There was plenty of punch in the base and the high's were nice and clear. The mids could be a little stronger, but for the price, it is a great value. Big improvement over the project Phono pre-amp it replaced (the project died...) Would recommend and purchase again.

Was a bit skeptical at first to pay this much for a phono amp as I am not an audiophile. I currenyltky use one of this chi-fi digital amps with a built-in phono amp. I felt like it was only pumping out mid-range so I took the plunge and bought this knowing I could return if not any better. Huge difference. You just don’t know until you know. I’m pretty positive that once I can afford it I’m going to upgrade my turntable to this same brand as they have turned me into a believer that a quality brand is important.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: When we first bought the preamp it worked great. Within 6 months of purchase it stopped working. Nothing happened, no power outages, no physical damage. It just stopped working. When I contacted customer support to troubleshoot they basically told me I was out of luck and they weren’t going to do anything about it. Terrible customer service. To buy something like this and have it stop working within 6 months of purchase is just a poor product and poor customer service.
