Dec 20 2025 review: I do use a lot of weights and members to a lot of clubs so I know my way around weights. I have some torn part of my shoulder (long bicep) and needed some small weights for rehab. These are ideal since they start from 4-10 lbs per bar. The good: like the metal bar, like the ease of adding and removing extra weights, the overall size is fine. The bad: when added weight modules are added, it not a homogenous feel and you can hear slope and creaking when shining the weights around. I dont think they will fall off but there is some slop that makes small movement noise. I am okay with this knowing that it will not fly off the bar. ... show more
