The chair is good but a little slower than my last chair. The chair is heavy. The battery seems to last a long time. I’ve taken the chair to Disney World for 6 hours and battery still had plenty of life. I like that the wheels are solid no need to worry about a flat tire. I would like to see an easier disconnect of the joystick assembly on future models, reclining seat, less weight, more speed and option to have color changing led lights installed underneath or in the wheels. Nice to have mobility back with this chair. Takes both of us to lift into the hatchback. It folds down to a nice size. Does most hills. Very steep hills just needs someone to push assist. Writing this as someone that was genuinely impressed by this product. I see paid reviews sometimes and get skeptical, but so far this company seems to genuinely want to get its name out there. A family member has been needing a little help and waiting on a motorized chair through the insurance was taking too long, so we figured we’d just buy something and see how it was. I’m usually skeptical about buying important items on Amazon, but this chair looked pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised when it came in. Easy to set up. There are some plastic parts that don’t feel as strong as I’d hoped, but structurally, it appears to be metal in the right places and sturdy. The main battery has been holding up very well, surprised there too. Comes with a smaller battery as well. took it out to test it, appears to be pretty stable. Also, my family member is about 510, 210 and the chair is working just fine. It’s sits a little higher than a regular wheelchair, so him walking himself around in it is a little tough, but other than that, so far it’s been great. There was some minor damage to one of the smaller parts on the back from shipping. Emailed the company through Amazon, and they ended up sending new parts. So far I’m really impressed. My husband is disabled and I have already bought him an electric wheelchair that is light enough for me to lift and him to doctors,etc……..But he really likes this one. He has been using it to ride around the house and yard. Said it rides very smooth and has a large enough seat for comfort. Came with two batteries, so we have a spare if needed quickly.     • Using the chair on indoor Carpeting !!
Received the product in a big cardboard box. The chair was in perfect shape, no complaints there. Got the 2 batteries with it as stated , one was the big one, 25 ah the other 12 ah. The big one is real heavy. I am not a heavy person . This chair will hold a 300 lb. person. I bought it for the heavier person for the heavier duty it was made for . I bought it for use outdoors basically .I have been using it indoors at the present time because of the inclement weather we have been having . The only problem I have had with it is the fact that it is not real easy to navigate it on my CARPETING . My carpet is not real PLUSH but the specs do not show it as being used on CARPETING which I cannot condemn it for as not being listed on Carpeting. The problem is it must not be used with the biggest battery which makes the front wheels too hard to change direction because of the weight of the BIG battery. If the smaller battery is used it will be much easier to navigate on CARPETING , still not perfect but easier for the front wheels to change DIRECTION specially when doing a 360 deg. turn. I have accepted this problem & have gotten along fine with it. I love the chair & am looking forward to the time when I will get it outside in it's own environment. ... show more

Wow! Five stars! I rarely award five stars when reviewing a product. My criteria are different than most. No one is perfect. I make mistakes; we all make mistakes. The greater response is working together civilly to correct it. My review concerns the product but also includes the company. I had a terrible experience with an Amazon seller, which I will review later. I thought I would try again. I ordered two chairs. One arrived perfectly. The other looked like someone had been in the package. So, when one of the batteries would not charge, I was not surprised. I contacted the seller through Amazon. I received a quick reply. Do not be concerned. We will replace it. Please telephone us. We want to assure you that you receive the correct battery and that we have the correct contact information. I was very dubious. I included all necessary information in my first message. I even confessed that it was partly my fault and offered to pay my share. No, not necessary was their reply. They wanted the information for an approval committee. I am never going to see a new battery. A day later, they contacted me. They were shipping the battery by USPS. It came three or four days earlier than I had expected. The box had seen better days, but the battery appeared perfect. I placed it on the charger as before. The indicating light showed “charging” as before, but the first battery never indicated that it reached the fully charged state. It will never charge, I thought. I will have to start all over and never see another battery. I am pleased to report that I was wrong with my thoughts from the very beginning. I checked hours later, and the battery indicated it was charged. I evaluated it, and it performed perfectly. The chair is perfect. I apologize to the company. This is a company with great products that you can do business with confidence. I rate them with five stars. ... show more

I love this wheelchair! We bought it for me to use at comic cons, aquariums and museums. Tested it out at the mall and it works great! Multiple speed choices, great battery life and very easy to fold and transport. Great value for the money, would definitely recommend.
