Writing this as someone that was genuinely impressed by this product. I see paid reviews sometimes and get skeptical, but so far this company seems to genuinely want to get its name out there. A family member has been needing a little help and waiting on a motorized chair through the insurance was taking too long, so we figured we’d just buy something and see how it was. I’m usually skeptical about buying important items on Amazon, but this chair looked pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised when it came in. Easy to set up. There are some plastic parts that don’t feel as strong as I’d hoped, but structurally, it appears to be metal in the right places and sturdy. The main battery has been holding up very well, surprised there too. Comes with a smaller battery as well. took it out to test it, appears to be pretty stable. Also, my family member is about 510, 210 and the chair is working just fine. It’s sits a little higher than a regular wheelchair, so him walking himself around in it is a little tough, but other than that, so far it’s been great. There was some minor damage to one of the smaller parts on the back from shipping. Emailed the company through Amazon, and they ended up sending new parts. So far I’m really impressed. Very impressed

I purchased this Aotedor wheelchair model 2026 W5526 for my husband. It was very easy to unfold out of the box and attach the joystick. After charging the batteries and installing one I turned on the joystick. The joystick keep beeping and the wheelchair would not move. The owners manual was missing from the order. I called customer service. They explained that the wheel locks needed to be moved to operate the joystick. Problem solved. Wow all other companies should learn from this customer service. Not only did they answer their phone quicly but on a Saturday. They went out of their way to help me understand how to work the wheelchair. Then sent the complete operating manual to my email address so I didn't have to wait a week or two for it to come in the mail. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Getting back to the wheelchair it is constructed well and looks nice too. My husband took it for a spin right out the front door. He was all over the neighborhood. Freedom for him. He said the chair was comfortable to set in and rides well over the threshold and uneven pavement. He couldn't be happier. This is a great product and Customer service. We recommend this wheelchair to anyone needing a mobility device.

Wow! Five stars! I rarely award five stars when reviewing a product. My criteria are different than most. No one is perfect. I make mistakes; we all make mistakes. The greater response is working together civilly to correct it. My review concerns the product but also includes the company. I had a terrible experience with an Amazon seller, which I will review later. I thought I would try again. I ordered two chairs. One arrived perfectly. The other looked like someone had been in the package. So, when one of the batteries would not charge, I was not surprised. I contacted the seller through Amazon. I received a quick reply. Do not be concerned. We will replace it. Please telephone us. We want to assure you that you receive the correct battery and that we have the correct contact information. I was very dubious. I included all necessary information in my first message. I even confessed that it was partly my fault and offered to pay my share. No, not necessary was their reply. They wanted the information for an approval committee. I am never going to see a new battery. A day later, they contacted me. They were shipping the battery by USPS. It came three or four days earlier than I had expected. The box had seen better days, but the battery appeared perfect. I placed it on the charger as before. The indicating light showed “charging” as before, but the first battery never indicated that it reached the fully charged state. It will never charge, I thought. I will have to start all over and never see another battery. I am pleased to report that I was wrong with my thoughts from the very beginning. I checked hours later, and the battery indicated it was charged. I evaluated it, and it performed perfectly. The chair is perfect. I apologize to the company. This is a company with great products that you can do business with confidence. I rate them with five stars.

The media could not be loaded. 5/5 stars! This electric wheelchair is incredible. It boasts an impressively long range, is super easy to operate, and glides smoothly both indoors and out. It comes with 2 batteries and a bunch of great complimentary extras, plus the after-sales service is top-tier—any questions I had were answered right away. Couldn’t ask for a better purchase!

This piece fits into the setup without any trouble and stays steady once it is in place. The material feels fine and there are no rough spots or loose areas. Installation is straightforward and it works the way it should. After putting it to use, it just becomes part of the setup and does not need attention. Overall it feels consistent and easy to work with.

This review is for the cupholder accessory for the wheelchair, which holds a large cup and can be affixed to a variety of items, including shopping carts and bikes. I have mainly used it on shopping carts to hold my drink during extended trips to the warehouse store. It is easy to adjust and sturdy. In addition to having a slot for a cup, it has a spot for my phone. I have also used it on my bike and on my son's electric scooter. Great price and super convenenient.
