It’s a good chore but the description state that the new model has 10 rollers, but it is only has 8 roller, so be aware of that. Also, both wheel brackets are bend and one wheel is damaged

Arrived with broken parts. The back of the chair cannot be put in the upright position. It is leaned back so far that the head & neck need additional support. There is NO padding between the body and the rollers. The side wings just slide on to a bracket but don't snap in.

The full body massage chair arrived in just a couple of days and was packaged very well. I removed the packaging in my garage. the chair fit easily through the door going into my house and with the chair rollers on the back side manuvered easily into position.
