Great set of weights in a compact and easy to use system. This adjustable weight dumbbell can be rapidly set in small increments all the way from 3lbs to 25lbs The adjustment is really quick and easy with a twist of the wrist. This set is perfect for small at home gym or in even tighter spaces. You can get a pretty good workout on most upper body muscles with these quick adjustments, but our stronger friends won’t get enough out of them since they max out at 25lbs. I like them, though, and it replaces an entire rack of dumbbells — at a much more affordable price — already taking up too much room in my bedroom. It remains to be seen how long the adjusting and locking mechanism lasts. That’s the wild card here, because once that goes the weights would be pretty useless. The best feature here is the cradle tray the weights sit in. As you adjust the unused weights sit securely in the tray when you lift the dumbbell away. Quite clever really. I’d be fibbing if I said this has improved my willingness to lift. It hasn’t, but that’s more me than anything. I can at least envision using these quite frequently for their convenience and adjustable weights. I love it.

We got this adjustable dumbbell set mainly for my 9-year-old son and my husband, and it’s been a great addition to our home workout setup.
