Features

  • You can arm, disarm and set different defense modes (e.g., stay mode, away mode, emergency mode) for the system via the intuitive keypad.
  • This kit is ideal for 1-2 bedroom homes. It includes one base station, one keypad, four door/window sensors, two motion detectors and two remote controls. (Accessories include mounting screws, adhesive tape, power cord and adapter.)
  • When your system is triggered, you will receive mobile notifications and can control all your PGST devices via the Smart Life or Tuya App, with no extra charges.
  • You can freely expand the number of sensors according to your actual household needs. If you purchased a small kit initially, you can extend the monitoring coverage by buying additional sensors separately, with quick and easy setup.
  • The system supports 2.4G Wi-Fi and 4G networks, and automatically switches to 4G when Wi-Fi disconnects, keeping the system online at all times. It provides 24/7 professional monitoring, and you can also build a visual monitoring system by adding PGST cameras (purchased separately).
  • This system is compatible with Alexa, allowing you to arm and disarm the security system with simple voice commands. All the above features come with no additional fees, no subscriptions and no monthly charges, saving your monthly expenses.

  • Great Product
Color: White
They work great and the arrive with the battery's. Naturally I had to pair them to the host system. I followed the directions in the original booklet I received with the original system and it worked great.

  • Affordable and works
This wifi call button is quite good for the price. The construction of the button feels solid and like it should be quite durable. The button works via wifi and the notifications are quite quick which is good. The button requires batteries so you'll just need to change it on occasion but haven't had to yet. The button works over a 2.4GHz connection as advertised so just make sure that works for you ahead of time. If wifi is down, it won't work. I think it's a solid value and would recommend it as it's affordable and setup was easy. ... show more

  • Peace of Mind When I Am Not Nearby
I got this call button for an elderly family member so they have a simple way to reach me if they have an emergency and I am not nearby. The large red SOS button is easy to see and does not take much strength to press. It also has a pull cord, which gives them another way to activate it if reaching the button is difficult. I like having both options since emergencies do not always happen when someone is standing directly in front of the button. Setting it up with the Tuya app took a little time, but the directions were easy enough to follow. Once it was connected to WiFi, the alert came through on my phone soon after the button or cord was used. This gives me more peace of mind because I can receive the notification when I am in another room, outside, or away from the house. There is no monthly fee either, which makes it much more affordable than a monitored alert service. The button has a simple design without a bunch of confusing controls. It can be mounted in an area where help may be needed, such as near a bed or in a bathroom. The waterproof feature is also useful for areas where it could be exposed to moisture. I tested both the main button and the pull cord several times, and both activated the app alert correctly. The main thing to remember is that this relies on WiFi, the Tuya app, and phone notifications. You will want to make sure the app has permission to run in the background and send alerts. I also recommend testing it regularly so you know everything is still connected and working properly. Overall, this is a helpful extra layer of protection for someone who may need assistance. It lets them call for help quickly if they have an emergency and I am not close enough to hear them. It does not replace calling emergency services, but it is a useful way for an elderly family member to alert a caregiver without needing to find or operate a phone. ... show more

  • Critical Alerts when the button is pressed seem hit or miss
The button comes with the mounting bracket attached to the back, 2x AAA batteries, a 2”x2” double sided foam adhesive pad, 2x mounting screws with plastic anchors, and instructions. The button itself feels kind of cheaply made. The pull string is about 24 inches long, but it’s made of a pretty loosely woven string that stretches quite a bit when pulled and the button the string clicks is very shallow with very little tactile feedback. When the button is push or the string pulled, the button begins to beep and flash red, but the beeper is fairly quiet and the LED is inside of the housing and really only visible in low light. Connecting the button to the app was easy- once the batteries were installed, the app recognized the button right away. However, adding the button to the app requires an account and the phone’s precise geolocation in order to connect the button to the WiFi network- not even manually entering the wifi credentials would work. Once connected, the button has stayed connected and has more or less functioned as it should. But, within the app, ‘critical alerts’ (alerts that play an audible sound whether the phone is silenced or not) can be turned on for the button, but those critical alert notifications have been really hit or miss- sometimes they work, but the majority of the time the standard notification sound is played when the button is pressed, so if the phone is silenced, there isn’t an audible notification that the button has been pressed. ... show more

  • Simple Setup and Peace of Mind
The setup with the app was straightforward, and notifications came through quickly. It's a useful device for keeping an extra level of communication available without any monthly subscription.

  • Be sure to pair the keypad with the base station
Color: Black & Gray
I’m surprised at the strong reviews for this product. Not necessarily because it is a poor product, but rather that it was very frustrating figuring it out. The instructions do not go over a crucial step, which is pairing the keypad to the base station. Nowhere in the instructions does it say that it’s necessary or how to do it. However, there is a QR code in the instructions that takes you to MORE instructions online, where finally I found it. To save you time, here is what to do: Turn both the base unit and keypad on. Press the set button on the base unit, it should beep and the signal indicator light should turn on. On the keypad, make sure it’s in the disarmed state, and then press SET, 6666, #, 10, #. Besides that, the unit was easy to connect to the Smart Life app and was already paired with the remote controls, door sensors, and motion detector. It responds pretty fast to the sensors. You can put a 3G or 4G SIM card in so that the keypad can communicate with emergency services. However, there aren’t any instructions as to what exactly the SIM card needs, i.e., what kind of service, etc. The problem is, where I live, 4G is being phased out for 5G. ... show more

  • Safe and secure
Color: Black & Gray
Our household sees a lot of coming and going with family and friends so I wanted a security system that would give us alerts without being overly complicated. The door and window sensors went on in minutes with the included tape and no tools beyond a simple screwdriver. Phone notifications arrive instantly whenever something opens which helps me keep tabs even when I am at work or out with the kids. Motion sensors in key spots catch movement at night and the app lets me arm or disarm from anywhere with a tap. I was surprised at how smoothly it works with our existing smart devices through voice commands without extra setup hassles. The remote is small enough to keep by the door for quick access when entering or leaving. My wife uses the app to check the status before bed which adds to our sense of safety as a couple. So far there have been no false triggers which builds trust in the system over time. It blends into the background without wires showing everywhere thanks to the wireless design. The whole setup has brought added reassurance to our daily life and family events at home. This kit proves that home protection can be both effective and user friendly for busy households. ... show more

  • Easy to Set Up, Built Well
Setting this up was painless. I paired it with the Smart Life app in just a few minutes, no confusing steps or guesswork involved. The housing feels solid in hand — not the flimsy plastic you sometimes find with cheaper smart devices. For something meant to be relied on in a moment that matters, that durability gives me some peace of mind. Notifications come through fast on the app, so I'm not left wondering if it actually worked. For the price, I think this is a fair deal — it does the job, it's built decently, and the setup didn't give me any trouble. If you want something simple that just works without a complicated app experience, this one's worth it. ... show more
