The brush is soft but firm enough where I feel like it actually cleans really well. Plus it felt really nice on my face. I would probably not use it in the shower though use it over a sink just to prevent water from getting into its crevices. *they sent me a message. I think there was some confusion for the seller. I am happy with the product. I have been using it daily for months in the sink without issue. I was just saying I'd hesitate to bring it in the shower for fear of damaging it. Not that it got damaged :) it was worth the purchase. They offered a refund but I declined its a good product and I would buy it as a gift for someone if I felt like they'd use it.

This product doesn’t exactly do any deep cleaning but I do notice a small difference and my face feels smoother and much cleaner when combining the scrub with other products. I still have gunk in the tiny pores on my nose after using this for a week however that could change if I keep up a good routine.

I purchased this product because I was having horrible reactions to other products, and was hoping to find something that would help sooth and clean my skin. I have sensitive, acne prone skin. The Gackoko Facial Cleanser worked wonderfully. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and when I'm done I just put it back in the box. I have been using it for a month now, and my skin is smooth and without irritatation. Plus the price is great.

I’ve wanted one of these for forever but was not excited about spending as much as other brands cost. When I found this one, I figured it was worth a shot. It’s been great and I honestly don’t see why anyone would need a more expensive one - this one is great! It’s simplified my skin care routine and I get a better clean without water dripping down my arms. Highly recommended!

I bought this as a replacement for another facial spin brush that stopped working and I couldn't be happier! It gives a great deep cleanse and I love the brushes and options that come with it along with the 2 different speeds! I have very sensitive skin and have had zero problems! I have a 16 yr daughter that is serious about her skin (and shopping). The clothes-- I explain its COVID season so she needs to "Stop It". The skin however is all year around. If she gives this a stamp of approval it is worth 5 stars. She says it works, and she is thrilled. As high maintenance as teens are- that means this a good quality. If she is happy- that means I won't have to hear her beg for at least 24 hours... mom can I have this face wash, nose plug, ear something or another. All I know is that Gackoko team got it right!! Thanks for making my home peaceful.
