We purchased this unit May of 2025 and it worked great until June of 2026. It started freezing up and not working. I contacted the company as directed via email and received an immediate response with instructions how to try to remedy the situation. When that failed in a day they responded that they would send a replacement. I received the new unit in about a week and it is working great as did the first unit. So..... good and bad. Didn't last long but they stood by their product with great customer service. I am hoping this one works longer than a year.

March 24, 2025 - MUST READ! This dehumidifier worked well for 9 months then the screen malfunctioned and I could no longer adjust the humidity level and the screen digits became distorted and were blinking. Vera, who continuously communicated with me on the replacement to honor their 1-year manufacturing warranty was great until the free replacement dehumidifier screen digit showed "CO" (half a zero showed), which means this one is most likely going to malfunction as well. Vera suggested me troubleshoot by trying something specific to see if it corrects and upon trying her suggestion, it did not correct. Because of this, Vera emailed me saying AIRPLUS will provide a full refund and I can order the product again in the future if I would like. Although I appreciate the refund and Vera's quick responses, I did not purchase this product to return and buy again; especially within a 1-year manufacturing warranty. IMO, this shows AIRPLUS is aware of their malfunction, so they do not want to lose more money on the replacement being replaced with a 2nd replacement. This also shows AIRPLUS does NOT back the quality of their product. I also purchased the ASURION extended warranty, so now I have to try receiving a refund for this and dealing with Amazon on receiving ASURION's phone number, Amazon provided a Financial Institution's phone number that has a similar name (must be a Google search by Amazon employee). The email address AIRPLUS's employee named Vera emailed me with an email address that begins with the word "Wolf" and name associated with this email is "Max." After seeing this review, AIRPLUS may change their email address for returns but I wanted everyone to know about this product and how they are not backing the quality of their product so you do not waste your time and or money. This product looks to come from China. I provided plenty of detail so you know I am real and I'm not a bot or competitor bashing this company. This review is solely me expressing my experience for this purchase.

This thing is amazing. It has been so ungodly hot and humid this last 2 months. This machine is excellent at getting the water out of the air, I'm emptying it at least twice a day if not thrice! The house is so much more comfortable and I can immediately tell the different when it's running. The digital screen and color coding for the humidity level is honestly really nice. This was worth every penny and I have recommended it to quite a few people who are also suffering from the humidity. It's quiet and works fast! I don't use the continuous drain mode, I just empty the tank because I have no where for the hose to drain to, but if you have a basement with a drain then the hose would be a wonderful option as well because it's incredibly easy to set up.

Working great now for over a month. I'm using this for my basement to help with humidity which was over 75% before I installed it. Now it's at 51%, keeps the humidity level perfect, the air much cleaner and doesn't have the mold smell that we had. Great value for the money, build quality is good, easy to move around, has a relatively short drain tube but is fine for my application. It's quiet but the ease of use was why I only gave 4 stars, instructions are not clear on how to setup for different features. Settled on the first setting for humidity and set the level to 50. I like the display on the front to show the current humidity, which you can see from across the room.

I needed a dehumidifier for my very humid basement, I used to have a different more expensive brand. But after having this one for a while I don’t regret it. Lowers the humidity in minutes, during very humid days I empty the container every day at least. Also very quiet. Highly recommend

Works perfectly for my extremely humid Sub-level apartment. I’ve been fighting humid for months and even ended up getting some mold due to the amount of moisture in the bedroom. I bought some temperature/humidity gauges for the rooms to go along with this. The settings seem a bit off, if you set the humidity level to 55, the room seems to be a tad bit dryer around 49-50% humidity. The humidity gauge I bought states that above 59% is considered WET and 50% is comfortable. So I keep the humidifier at 55% and it seems to work perfectly! The tank is big enough to wear I also only have to empty it every 3-4 days which is nice. It also surprisingly didn’t affect my electric bill very much. It’s a tad bit smaller than I had expected but that’s perfect for the bedroom. The little wheels make it easy to roll in to the middle of the room during the day and then in the corner at night or wherever you’re experiencing humidity. I’ve even moved it close to my closet since I experienced a lot of moisture in there. The humidifier seems to sense the humidity instantly and turns on! My apartment is finally comfortable and I don’t wake up in sweats or feeling sticky from the humidity! Definitely worth the price!
