The superbox is fantastic. It was easy to set up . Once you use it a few times it is very easy to all the content. There are many TV channels and movies available. The playback feature is very useful for missed shows or replaying sporting events. I have been able to cancel some of my Apps. It does glitch occasionally, but it easy to get back to your program. I was really looking forward to using the S6 Max Fully Loaded version, especially with specs like 6K resolution, Android 12, 4GB RAM, and built-in voice control. Unfortunately, the experience has been underwhelming in several key areas: Functionality: The system lags often, freezes occasionally, and the voice control is unreliable at best. Video Quality: Disappointing for a 6K device. In some apps, the image looks soft or pixelated, and overall the clarity doesn’t live up to the promise. App Store: Very limited. Many essential or popular apps are missing or don’t work as expected. This device has potential, but it needs serious updates and improvements to deliver what it advertises. Right now, it feels more like a beta version than a polished product.

This device does what it says, it gives you all of the cable channels (including premium HBO, Showtime, etc.). It also gives you the Canadian and Mexican channels, an extra. It does not, however, give you the subscription channels, like HULU, Netflix, or Disney. You can load them onto the device, but you still have to subscribe to them if you want to view any of the movies provided by them. It certainly beats paying for cable, like Xfinity or Spectrum, but it does not provide any DVR functions, which I find as a drawback. Once they provide that function, I would give this device 5 stars.

See Original Post Below. The seller reached out to me and provided a full refund. Very happy with the seller as they stood behind their product. Original Product failed after a couple months. The screen has pixels flashing and pink overlay. Also the audio stopped working 2 weeks ago except using Bluetooth for AirPods. No option on Amazon to request a replacement or return. Very expensive to only work 2 months.

Not worth the money, I got bamboozled. Works for 3min freezes ,says (playback 3,2,1) 3min freezes, says (playback 3,2,1) etc. which makes movies not able to watch. Live TV lucky to get to a commercial break without it shutting off back to main screen. Back to my Roku, disappointed

We are very happy with the super box 5. I purchased 2 of them and will probably get a 3rd.. it was a few days learning experience but once you get that down it's easy to use.. is it perfect all the time? No... but fir no monthly fee I will not complain about a little bit of freezing up once in a while.. my husband does not complain about it so that's a huge deal...he gets all his sports that he watches... the only thing for me is I watch Days of our Lives and even though all 60 seasons are there it doesn't update the new shows every day.. so for that reason I will have to continue paying for the Peacock app... other then that I canceled all other apps I was paying for. I give this a big thumbs up..
