There's no QR code to scan to set up Google Cardboard, and for some reason the remote does not even "click" the "next" button in the default demo (although other clicks work). It seems like a 1990s experience with bad software documentation. If you simply want to watch anything mainstream like Netflix etc. move on to another product.
