Setup for new tablet is simple. You can program usage time limits. I love the protective cushion so I’m not paranoid of my boys breaking them easily. These are just a great all around tablet for kids, a lifesaver while traveling or at restaurants. I had 2 older Plimpton versions and 1 recently got battery draining problems after about 2 years of use. Customer service has been great- quick, communicative, and positive. To note, the second tablet I bought originally is still working great.

Bought two of these for my daughters. Both extremely glitchy. Both will lose total power then show 40 percent immediately when plugged in. Now one has ceased to even hold a charge. I would not buy this they are priced the same as quality tablets in this space.just go with the Amazon brand.

I had an issue with a tablet a few months after it was purchased. I contacted customer service at Plimpton and since the tablet was still under manufacture warranty they replaced it with an updated version at no additional cost. They were absolutely wonderful and my granddaughter loves her new tablet. I’m very satisfied and happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Plimpton!
