The electric wheelchair is new for me but feel it was a very good buy. I had foot surgery & a knee walker will not work for me. For previous surgeries I had an electric scooter & it was really too big to use in the house. A friend suggested the electric wheelchair. This is upgrade of one I saw on Amazon as wanted one my husband could also use, if he needed as we're both seniors. Believe weight is 300 lbs on this. It does 360 degree turns, goes thru regular home doors easily, has back up warning (I have 2 small dogs) or can be silenced, easily folds up & is easy to maneuver. I wish it was lighter but for the money I'm still very pleased. I'll need to do an update on durability & don't know about the battery life. It says it will go for 12-15 miles (pg tells you) on a charge. I've not gone that far.

42lb Aluminum frame Wheelchair is beyond amazing. Instructions super easy. It was fully charged when i got it. There are 5 battery level lights on the Joy stick. I bought this to help a couple of friends and my Mother-in-law. They can only walk short distances. So i took it out on the road in my neighborhood and it is fantastic. There is a bit if resistance when pushing manually. (Joy stick MUST be OFF!.) But if you were going down a hill in manual you would be happy there was some resistance. The rider has no way of stopping manually. It is nice looking and the pad was very comfortable. I was thinking of getting a thicker pad but i think it is fine the way it is. When the wheelchair was in transit, it happened to go on sale 20% off. I contacted the seller and they said they would credit me and they did!!! I cannot speak on battery life yet. There is a charge plug portal on the Joy stick and on the outside of the battery behind a round (fold aside) flap. So you can use either or. Folds easy and is not cumbersome. I picked it up and went up 3 steps into and out of the house with no issues. The 42lb weight is so reasonable. Super sturdy aluminum frame. I am over 200lbs and i felt very secure riding around. There are 5 different speeds. Just hit the plus button and you know what speed you are on by the 5 lights. The speed is fine. Beware of sharp dips and bumps as it can bottom out. I don’t see a need to go any faster than it does at highest speed level. So at this point i am thrilled!!!!

This chair was not suitable for me. I have ms and not functioning on my Rt side. Tech help with a quick response (a hour or so)for adjustment I needed. For the price it will be perfect for a person without my limitations. Tech support, if needed is there for you! Takes practice to adapt to quick response joy stick, recommend getting additional seat padding. Manual brakes work similar to reg chair, charging also similar to other electric chairs, quick and easy. Honestly it would be a good purchase for someone with even mobility and weighs less than myself (165). Operates very quietly! Stronger person(s) needed to place in vehicle. Stores under my table when folded!

Updated Review after a week of use: This machine works flawlessly. Plenty of power and speed. You can pull straight into an elevator and do a 360 in a very tight radius. It is the most independent item I purchased since getting cancer. Look no further as this is a bargain for the price!!! Hope this helps... Original feedback:.... I did a exhausting amount of research before I decided on which power wheelchair to purchase. Low profile and fairly lightweight were important. Remarkable controls and so so easy to navigate. I am fighting stage 4 lung cancer and my mobility has been drastically compromised without being extremely winded and out of breath. Most importantly, this chair has brought me such confidence and independence I can't even begin to explain. Why spend $1000.00 to $6000.00 on a chair that is heavier and does the exact thing. However, I can't yet speak to the longevity of the battery. This was delivered within 3 days of purchase and absolutely 100% love it so much. I will report back on longevity of charge as I use it over the coming weeks. Thank you for the swift delivery and great packaging!!!

The media could not be loaded. This electric wheelchair is great and easy to assemble. And it has a very solid feeling, the seat is very comfortable, and after reading the instruction manual, you can easily operate it. The battery life is long, and it is very flexible to move. The chair can go anywhere it even fits through my bedroom door and my bathroom door. I love using it while l'm out and it makes my life very convenient.

I bought this for my great grandma who wanted just a little more independence to get around to places that aren’t just inside of her home, by herself throughout the day. When I opened this wheelchair I was pretty disappointed to see that the wires had been very messily taped together. The worse part of it all is that there is nowhere to plug the charger into the batteries to recharge the wheelchair. I have asked to return this item and they require that the buyer pack up the 50lb wheelchair and pay for the shipping fees, however, the shipping costs as much as the wheelchair and that’s not even including the specialized box UPS has to make in order to ship it back.
