The media could not be loaded. I regret purchasing this product. While the box included everything as advertised, the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. - Performance Issues: The graphics are very poor, and the system frequently kicks you out mid‑game, requiring a full power cycle to rejoin. Glitches occur far too often. - Game Quality: Out of the 20,000 games advertised, only a handful are playable. None of the childhood classics I looked forward to—such as Need for Speed, James Bond, or FIFA—have acceptable graphics or audio. The quality is nowhere near the originals. - User Experience: I purchased this partly for nostalgia, but even my children (ages 4 and 10) lost interest quickly due to the poor gameplay. This feels like a bad investment that undermines the joy of revisiting classic titles. - Return Policy: Unfortunately, the return window has already passed, leaving me stuck with a product that does not deliver on its promise. The only mildly enjoyable experience was playing Mario and Mortal Kombat, but even those were hindered by poor graphics. After spending over 16 hours testing this device, I can confidently say it is not worth the money. Recommendation: Save yourself the frustration—this product does not live up to expectations and should be avoided.
