incredible value, punching way above their weight class
Style: For USB-C Port & Lightning Port & USB Ty... Color: Black
Beyond impressed with these, especially at this price point. I do a lot of conference calls/meetings, and interviews for podcasts (for work) and I have over the years tried several mics with my setup. I have a Rode NT-USB (a "studio quality" mic) that sits on my desk. I also run Linux, which presents it's own challenges, but also means some of the nicer noise canceling software on Macs, I don't have, and anything needing special drivers to work well, I likely can't use. After a recent interview and having issues with excess background noise (computer fans) I decided to try something new, and at the time these were shockingly well priced, with good reviews, so I took a leap of faith. These were plug and play on Linux, have native noise canceling built in (no software to install, no drivers, nothing special) that works incredibly well. The audio sounds great, the noise canceling makes a world of difference, and I honestly can't believe how well they work. If you're debating it, go ahead, pull the trigger, you'll be pleasantly surprised. ... show more

Great microphone for beginners creating content
Style: For USB-C Port & Lightning Port & USB Ty... Color: Black
I recently purchased this microphone to improve the audio quality of my videos, and I am very happy with it. I am still learning content creation, so I wanted something simple to use and easy to set up. The sound is much clearer than using my phone alone, and it helped my voice come through better in my videos. The setup took me a little time because I am not very tech-savvy, but once I figured it out, it worked great. I like that it is lightweight, portable, and easy to use for recording content at home. If you are a beginner creator, teacher, or someone who wants better audio for videos, this microphone is a great option. ... show more

Was super excited to get these and try them! Quick and easy setup. Simple and clear instructions. Sound is best when mic is closer to mouth, so when using the clip I needed a tshirt on to get the mic as close as possible. Clip is small but works well. My 4 year old tried it and it held up just fine, so durable. Used both the USB and USB-C connectors and had zero issues connecting/ setting up to both my laptop and mobile device, so compatible. I think this is a great addition for anyone who makes video content and talks on them. ... show more

Just received them and everything, barring some glaring issues, looks okay. It's really a plug and play thing and everything connected seamlessly after I plugged the receiver into my Samsung phone. My only issue is that despite it being advertised as new, the box looks completely destroyed and one of the mics is quite messed up. The two plastic halves of the mic are actually separating and the indicator panel on the front is actually coming off. It looks like the mic was squeezed to the point where the plastic has warped and can no longer be pushed back together. Honestly, I wouldn't have been surprised if it didn't work, but it somehow does record sound and hold a charge, so I'm actually a little impressed. I just can't really use it because it looks like a safety hazard what with the internals almost being visible from the side. Luckily I only really needed 1 mic, so it's not unusable and hopefully this is a one off occurrence. ... show more

Wow!!!
Style: For USB-C Port & Lightning Port & USB Ty... Color: Black
I gotta tell ya, this little mic is absolutely amazing. The mic went out on my iphone that I use for filming youtube videos. This was a cheap and easy workaround for my mic problem. Sounds quality is crisp and clear and zero static or white noise or background noise. Can’t believe it. And you get two! Totally impressive. Connected immediately without any problem, just plug it in and go. ... show more

Static

They work well but in practice they aren't as clear as I'd hoped. It does the job well enough but there's some static in the background. With some practice or tweaking it can be eliminated but you have to get used to it.
