Easy to assemble and easy to use. Super nice and comfy. Love the zero gravity mode, it's so relaxing. Lots of options make it so everyone is happy. It's great after a good workout and helps with tired sore muscles. Very pleased with it and so is the entire family.

I really lime this chair. Multiple settings heated also. Functions well. I added a small piece foam in the back part as I thought the massage was a little too rough. My only real suggestion to improve would be to lower the neck part of the massage, seems a little too high for me

I’ve been on the fence about getting a massage chair for a long time because it’s a big investment, but I finally pulled the trigger on this 2025 upgraded model, and I’m so glad I did. First off, the "Zero Gravity" feature is the real deal. When it reclines back, you feel completely weightless, and it makes the massage so much more effective. The 10 rollers really get into those tight spots in my back that I usually can't reach. I’ve been using it every night after work for about 20 minutes, and it’s become the most relaxing part of my day. The built-in heating is a nice touch, too—it’s perfect for when my muscles feel extra stiff. The touch screen controller makes it super easy to switch between the auto modes. I don't like fumbling with complicated buttons, so having a clear screen is a big plus. Also, the Bluetooth speakers actually sound pretty decent! I just sync my phone, put on some white noise or a podcast, and I’m out like a light. I also have to give a huge shout-out to their customer service. I had a small question about the shipping dimensions before it arrived, and they got back to me almost immediately. Ever since getting this chair, I find myself rushing home from work so I can beat the rest of the family to it. The rolling & kneading simultaneously on different areas is perfect for end of day relaxation. It genuinely feels like you have 4 people massaging you at the same time. Might as well keep a towel handy for that moment to catch the drool. As somebody who works with my hands a lot and am on my feet for extended hours daily, this chair works wonders for me because the arm section applies pressure, and the foot area has rollers that both move very fluidly so I can really relax and clear my mind. Some options on control panel can be strong enough to actually works out knots so it is great if you like lots of pressure. My personal favorite is Tuina (more of a relaxation mode, and softer massage). *Easy to use control panel *Simultaneously massages different areas *Can change intensity to fit your needs *Zero gravity/tilt has different angles *Foot rest is extendable to make it suitable for different heights *Air bags to apply pressure on areas rollers can't reach (shoulders (bicep)/hips/hands) *Heat option warms up fast & is great for sore muscles **Super easy to assemble, had it up and running within 35 mins

Bought this for my home office after dealing with back pain from long work days. Setup took about 45 minutes with my partner - pretty straightforward with the instructions, though the boxes are heavy (split in two boxes) so probably need two people. The zero gravity position is my favorite feature. I use it almost daily and it really does take pressure off my lower back. The heating on the lumbar area is a nice touch, especially in the evenings. The touchscreen is convenient - no more searching for a remote between the cushions. The massage intensity is decent. It's not quite as strong as the $3k+ chairs I've tried at stores, but for the price point it does the job. The airbags on the arms and legs work well, though I wish the shoulder massage was a bit more intense. Foot rollers feel great after being on my feet all day. Build quality seems solid so far. The Bluetooth speaker is a nice bonus - audio quality is fine for background music. Overall, really happy with this purchase. It's not luxury spa quality, but for home use it's excellent value. Would recommend if you're looking for a full-featured massage chair without breaking the bank.
