I'm thoroughly disappointed with this product. Upon opening the lid, it showed that several (6 maybe) drivers needed to be updated Grrr. What should have taken less than half an hour to download and use, took me almost 8 hours. Why? Because the computer didn't/won't hold internet access. I only wanted it to sit on my workbench to watch some YouTube vids and get messages. But noooo. Every 10 secs to 5 mins it drops off the network. Not just a blip but a full on drop, taking up to 10 minutes to reconnect. Not so for the rinky-dink computer sitting next to it, so I know it isn't a network problem. Pass on this. I consider that my money was stolen on this product.

This is a great laptop computer. I’m old and have owned more computers than I can count. By far, this has been the easiest set up ever. So pleased with this purchase. (I bought it during Prime and supposedly saved $1000 - I find that hard to believe and think I got it at its regular price). Still I’m thrilled.

Fortunately, I reached out to customer support, and their assistance made all the difference — smooth sailing after that. It said it was $1,000 which is a lie. This is worth $400. But it works surprisingly good for a cheap laptop. The stream quality isn't very good. Battery life sucks. But as long as your not using it for gaming this is a good choice. I use it everyday for at least 7 hours a day.

It's rare that I write a bad review but this product was very disappointing. It claims to hold battery for several hours but only held for a few hours at most with browsing the internet. Any gaming drained the battery within an hour so it doesn't work well for gaming unless you have it constantly plugged in. The charger also bent less than 2 months into getting the product. It looked flimsy but I was surprised at how poorly it held up. I've never had this issue with another computer. Avoid having the computer high enough that their is any strain from gravity. I wish I could return it but I waited too long hoping I could make due. It's not worth the money.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It is my first time trying this Mallrace brand. A 15.6-inch laptop is exactly what I am looking for since I am using a 14-inch laptop at work. This laptop's weight is reasonable, considering its screen. Keyboard feel: It is equipped with a full-size keyboard and a very large touchpad. The touchpad has great sensitivity, but the keyboard gives Mac-type feedback. I really enjoy typing on this laptop. Laptop quality: This laptop runs on Windows 11, and with an AMD Ryzen 5 CPU, 16 GB of RAM, and 512 GB of storage, it gives me a clear display image and smooth performance. Additionally, the laptop charges through a Type-C port or a charging port with a factory charger, allowing me to share my other chargers with it. It also comes with an additional full-function Type-C port. With my portable monitor, I was able to have two screens set up. Speed: I use this laptop to edit some video footage, and it runs smoothly without any delay or issues. Value for money: The audio quality is not enjoyable, but I am living with it. Plus, I can always wear earbuds to listen to music. Overall, I enjoy using this laptop, and it helps me stay productive and entertained every day!

Loved the look of this laptop but disappointed in it's performance. Kept plugged in to try and use but after 20 minutes or so it kept telling me low battery. I tried for 3 days and could only use in short spurts. Returning item.
