I must admit I was a little apprehensive purchasing a product from a company I never heard of before, but I was pleasantly surprised. This laptop works like a charm. The 15.6-FHD laptop I am looking at seems to be a well aroun see option for students or professionals looking for a versatile laptop with a focus on performance and modern features. It came well enough packaged. I did charge it fully before setting it up. It took a good hour or so to jump through all the hoops to get it working, and it took a couple of days to finally get all the kinks ironed out and for it to be totally reliable and working. Now it seems to work just fine, and it boots up almost instantly. Good quality build. Decent speakers. Adequate amount of ports. Nice keyboard. Mouse is a little sensitive, but works fine. Works well for my simple needs, i.e., writing, web surfing, removing into work, YouTube, etc. Easy enough to navigate so far. Need to familiarize myself with Windows 11. I'm really happy with this little guy. It's light, fast, easy to add accessories to and it's fits me.

So took me almost 2 days to setup. Would not download one of the Microsoft updates....wiped it clean and again tried and it worked. It is a nice laptop...battery life is NOT what they advertise but is adequate at about 3 -3.5 hours of heavy use At this point I will keep it . I do believe it is good value for the money spent.

At first the computer was fantastic. After a few weeks I noticed the shell separating when opening the display. As I inspected the device I noticed many screws from the underside were missing. So I checked the display hinges and could see the screws had backed out there also. The hinges being loose is what was causing the shell to separate along with the lack of screws in the shell. I tried moving some of the screws around to give equal pressure on the bottom and I also found and put the hinge screws back in. This of course was after the return period for the device. I have reached out to Amazon and to the store o bought it from. I have gotten zero help from either. Granted when the computer was working it was great. Totally as advertised in that department. However now the shell keeps splitting, the hinge screws continue to back out, and now it won’t even boot up. I suspect that something inside the case has come loose. I really wish there was something I could do, or that the company reach out to me. Until this happens and things are resolved then the one star rating will stand. I would be glad to change my rating of satisfactory steps are taken to resolve this issue.

I was looking for a new laptop since my old one was getting pretty outdated even though it was the latest win10. A friend helped me look since he does a lot of this sort of shopping and purchasing. I was in IT for well over 20 yrs, but even it the seven years I've been out of it, things have changed a good bit, even though the principles rarely change. He pointed me to this one and at first, it was more than I wanted to spend at the time and so I kept looking, but came back to this one a few days later and the price had dropped enough to fit my budget! This laptop is an incredible value for the money, especially when you compare it to others in this price range (sale price range). I've only had it a few weeks, but have enjoyed how fast and responsive it is for everything I put it through. So far, most games have worked very well on it, but I'm not a huge gamer. It doesn't get really hot like a lot of laptops, but I do find it better to use a cooling pad or something similar since I believe fan intake is still on the bottom of the laptop. The graphics are very nice with no lag that I have seen yet, and it has a convenient way for me to turn off the touch pad so I can use an external mouse and don't have to worry about the cursor moving all over while I'm typing. The only problem I had was with the power supply, and the seller immediately took action for me. I am quite happy with the product and the seller at this point. When I first tried to get help, Amazon bots asked if I wanted a refund, and since I had shopped a lot before getting this one, I surely didn't want a refund, so I was finally able to get Amazon CS rep, who gave me a link to the seller. The seller was quick to respond to my message, and every one after as we worked on the problem. They took care of it quickly and efficiently, making my experience with this laptop even better!
