I’ve been using this laptop for a few weeks now, and I have to say that I’m really happy with the purchase. I bought it mainly for work and some everyday stuff like emails, browsing, Zoom meetings, and a bit of Video and Movies here and there. It runs super smooth thanks to the 16GB RAM and the 512GB SSD. I can have a bunch of tabs open, hop on a video call, and still everything stays quick and responsive. I didn’t know much about the processor before buying, i just know its a INTEL processor, but it’s been surprisingly fast and reliable for what I need. The screen is a 15.6" Full HD and looks great, the colors are sharp, and the thin bezels make it feel a bit more modern. I was used to larger screens, but honestly, this size is perfect. It gives enough space to work comfortably, but the laptop is still compact and easy to carry around. One thing I really like is the variety of ports. There’s USB-A, USB-C (for data), HDMI, headphone jack, and even a microSD slot. It also comes with Windows 11 pre-installed, which was nice because it was basically ready to go out of the box. Battery life has been solid so far—it easily gets me through a full workday without needing to recharge. The design is clean and simple, and the gray color gives it a more professional look, which I like. If you're looking for a laptop that’s fast, reliable, and doesn’t cost a fortune, this is definitely one to consider. I followed all instructions to activate this computer. When i tried to use it, it kept dropping Internet connection. Message was that a drjver needed to be restarted. I restarted it, and computer worked for 5 minutes or so and then the same thing happened. After many incidents, i was going to call the manufacturer but no info as to how to contact them. I called Amazon support and after they reviewed my problem, they said to return the.computer, which i did, after having to wipe all my personal data. ... show more

The laptop is good but it loses internet connection time each time I turn the laptop on. Also, the unit becomes hot underneath even when I have it on a stand.

This computer makes a great addition to your home office. Its more than capable to run a variety of intensive software programs. Comes with enough on board memory to run all of your internet searching and social media platforms and movie streaming programs.
