5-star less than $10 phone case: nice colors, great rubber backing and bumpers, and did I say less than 10 bucks? My phone is over 4 years and the original $ 100 case was shot, so I tried this cheap one and am pleasantly surprise. Not as nice as original which had less cheap and brittle plastic, but this new one has a sturdy feel and the rubber sleeve securely protects the phone. It came with a clear "protector" to cover screen, but it was useless and really like cheap plastic packaging. So I ripped it off since I already have a screen protector on it, and just assembled the case around the phone. Nice. I has a good feel and nice grippability. But you must like a chunky case because this one is thick and sturdy. No going to lie, the 100 dollar one was better, but this one is terrific if you aren't super-reckless with your phone. ... show more

I have found this to be a better deal than any Otterbox I have had. I work outdoors at a golf course. My phone is exposed to all weather. It has survived falls of my work cart. Repels dust and keeps my phone clean. Every now and then I take the case off to do a deep clean on the screen and my phone looks brand new. This is a great case and I would recomment to anyone. I will be purchasing another one soon. Why? The wear and tear of the case looks a bit tired. I like to have a clean looking case. So every 6-8 months I buy a new one. I admit that I had an Otterbox product for about 3 years before it fell apart. I needed to buy a new case, but as my iPhone was giving me problems with its battery I decided that I did not want to pay the big bucks for a new Otterbox. I searched for a similar product and found this one for around $15.00. I've had it for about 4 months now and the plastic that covers the the home button is stretched and worn. It does not allow the phone to read my fingerprint so I always use my numeric password. The access points are covered with hatches but they are very hard to operate. I usually have to find something to pry them open with. For $15 it provides adequate shock absorption but the glass protector sometimes interferes with my keyboarding. ... show more

It’s kinda difficult to get apart. There is a rubber layer on the outside that needs to be removed first. Once that outer layer is removed it’s very easy to use a pocket knife or something and gently pry up at the arrows one at a time until it’s fuller separated. I thanked Jesus once I got it apart without breaking it. If you don’t want to go thru all this, just spend the extra $15 and get an Otterbox, but I wanted to show off my new Pink 16 so I had to get the clear cheaper case. ... show more
