I’ve been using this 17.3-inch laptop for over a few days now. The 12th Gen Alder Lake N97 processor really stands out. It runs everything quickly from documents and spreadsheets to videos and light photo editing. Compared to my old laptop with a Celeron processor the speed difference is very noticeable. This one just moves faster and handles tasks better. The 16GB RAM makes multitasking smooth. I often have several browser tabs open with music playing in the background and it never freezes or lags. The 512GB SSD helps apps open fast and gives me enough room for all my files and photos. The screen is one of my favorite things about this laptop. At 17.3 inches it’s big and clear. Watching videos feels more fun and reading or working on documents is easier on the eyes. Even with such a big screen the laptop is not too heavy or bulky. The slim bezels help keep the size down and it looks modern. The webcam is in the center above the screen which makes video calls easy and I don’t have to adjust it. ... show more

The item was good but after it got damaged the asurion made me jump through a lot of hoops to get ot covered. They wouldn't cover it after more then a week of back and forth I took it to a asurion ubreakwefix it shop they told me its Chinese and so new that they couldn't get parts to fix it at all So ita being returned I'm getting a well known brand. I had to send it back and get a refund. I used it for a week, and suddenly the keyboard stopped working. I restarted it several times, but I couldn't get the keyboard to operate. I'm not sure if I got a defective one or if there is something wrong with the laptop. Fortunately, Amazon was good about taking it back for a full refund. ... show more

The laptop got so hot that it froze up on the second time using it. I had been using the laptop to download pictures onto my external hard drive and light internet browsing. No gaming or multiple tabs open. I wanted to like the laptop bases the stellar reviews prior to my experience. I had to purchase a new computer system, because the ones I own (desktop & laptop) are outdated due to AI, and my Browser can't be updated- Arrrrgh! That's how long I hang on to tech, it has to get to the end of its finish line. Used computer ,selling as new. When I opened the computer it asked for sign in password. Since I bought it as new i didn't have any password, then it asked for 3 security question answers. since this was a brand new computer ,I didn't the answers ,I called customer service, no answers. Don't fall in to this scam and Amazon graciously refunded my money. ... show more
