This is a great gaming laptop that handles all the games I personally want to play, as I played a lot of games using GeForce now on my Chromebook it was nice to be able to play games that also weren’t on GeForce now too. Specifically valorant. This laptop runs valorant really well and other steam games too, I will update this after trying more demanding games like siege but for now, it’s a really solid choice. Edit: So it still runs games really well, it just runs them well as long as they aren’t dependent on VRAM. That’s really my only issue with this, it does everything I want it to do and I can use GeForce now for any game that this laptop can’t handle, but the VRAM is so low I won’t be able to run more demanding games or even just VRAM dependent games on here. Still buy it if you don’t really do hardcore gaming like me, because the low VRAM hasn’t affected me much, but if you want to play more demanding titles you should save up a little more. Still a great choice for those on a budget Second edit: I know that by now you’re probably tired of reading, but I’ve had this computer for three weeks now and can now say that your really shouldn’t have a problem running any game that isn’t triple A, I run Risk of rain just fine even though the VRAM requirement wasn’t met. So is this a good purchase? In my case, yes it is.

This Computer is everything I need. It runs multiple things at once with zero delay. It is great for gaming (some older games) and valorant runs amazing as well as overwatch. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good laptop while on a budget.

It wont run a basic ps2 game. If you’re buying something for gaming buy a steam deck instead. I’m also 80% sure it does even when off or closed!!

The graphics are good and my son hasn't complained about playing any of his online games, so it must be a decent gaming laptop.

One major difference I ran into with this laptop came when I tried to open it up. Compared with glued-shut cases I've had to pry open to get at the internals, the fact this one only has a few phillips screws between me and the hardware was a VERY welcome change. Once I figured out there's a one last screw under a sticker in the middle of the backplate, I had access to the RAM, SSD, fan and battery. I ended up upgrading the SSD to 4 terabytes, because the included 512 gigabyte one wasn't enough for all the apps I plan to use. There also appears to be a second M.2 NVMe port inside, which is a fun bonus, but it's hard to tell if it's a full-size slot. I also noted the included 16 gigs of RAM were in a single chip, so I'll need to get another module to make this laptop run dual-channel RAM and get as much performance out of it as possible. Windows 11 setup was very easy since it came preloaded, and only required turning the laptop on to quickly get into the desktop environment. There's no touch screen, however, so I'm limited to the touchpad. Running CPU-Z confirmed this is rocking the AMD Ryzen 7 Mobile 5700U, and that's enough to get great emulator performance and modest results with modern gaming. Since I'm looking forward to playing Dune Awakening, I ran its benchmark test with low settings and got a max of 30 FPS. There are definitely other desktops and laptops that will get better gaming for the price. But if I had to choose this laptop as my only driver, there's a wide library of games spanning years that this will run circles around.

The Ryzen 7 5700U (8 cores, 16 threads) delivers nice performance for multitasking, streaming, and even some mid-tier gaming for my secondary laptop.The 16.0" IPS display is a standout—colors are vibrant, and the high refresh rate makes everything feel fluid. It’s not OLED, but for this price point,it is what I needed. Connectivity is modern and practical: Wi-Fi 6, multiple USB 3.2 ports, full-function USB-C, HDMI, and even a TF card slot—a rare bonus. The backlit keyboard is comfortable for late-night work sessions, and the build feels solid, if a bit utilitarian.
