I have good reception outside and had none to a bit inside (1950's wire mesh in the walls). I now get 1 to 10+ Mbs download even through multiple mesh walls from the interior antenna -- and I can finally make and receive phone calls everywhere. Notes: Make sure you maximize the bars shown on the booster. You can get lots of bars on your phone from the booster, but the signal to noise can be unusable if the exterior antenna isn't getting a good signal. I'm getting 5 bars with an occasional flicker down to 4 bars on the booster. I found that it REALLY helps to limit the phone to 4G (and less); the booster just can't handle T-mobile (and i think AT&T) 5G but the phones can't figure that out and just sort of stall (galaxy S23 ultra and pixel 6a). The supplied cables worked great for me. I ran the jumper through a sliding window without damaging anything and the window seems to work just fine. The booster and antenna both wound up in good places. Don't expect that you can really cover 5500 sq ft in anything other than ideal conditions and maybe even then they are thinking of multiple stories counting for some of those square feet. There are less expensive units, but using the cables without change (or drilling) was worth the difference to me.

Used in my RV. No meaningful increase in signal strength. Sometimes my phone would see four bars yet could not make a phone call or pull up Google on a browser. No on matter how close you sit to the interior antenna and no matter where you stick the outside antenna, this is still a terrible product.

Nice small, inexpensive 30W USB C and USB A charger. I bought this as I needed a 30 W USB C charger. The charging ports are on the underside of the charger when it is plugged in, which is nice as the cords do not stick out when plugged in. However, this means the cords hang down when plugged in. I noticed that when I plug in the USB C cord, sometime the charging stops and I have to wiggle the cord to get it to start charging again. I thought maybe the cord was bad, but I tried several different USB C cords and all were the same. I also tried the same cords on a different USB C charger and all worked fine, not loose at all. So, unfortunately, the charger I received seems to have a loose USB C port that makes the charging stop if the cord is moved even slightly after it is plugged in. USB A port seems to be fine and has no issues, but I really needed this for the USB C port.
