Took a chance on buying one in excellent condition. The description does say there may be scratches not noticeable from distance. There was a noticeable imperfection but it is on bottom side edge. The quality overall is great and accessories looked to still be in new packaging. The battery was at 100% capacity still and have had no issues with the unit since using it the past couple days. This is a very useful travel laptop. However, if I had the chance, I would return it. The battery doesn't last as long as they say it does. I know it's refurbished but it looks the part. It wasn't as clean as it should have been. Looks like someone fixed it and just threw it in a box to get it out. I should have and would suggest if the funds are available, to just get a new one. If I could return this one, I would get a new one instead. It seems to do the job but I'm just not happy with it and regret buying it. ... show more

Finally, the 16 GB of RAM makes a difference. I did upgrade to the larger hard drive. Also, which gives me more CPU courses also. This thing is a powerhouse as a desktop, let alone be in portable. But I do have a Mac mini pro M4 as my home powerhouse. So this is a perfect companion! And it’s gorgeous! Unbelievably Apple actually sells something that’s well worth the money ... show more
