Bought this product early December 2024 and as of April 4th it is now inoperative. The product wasn't abused and the screen is not cracked, but the screen emits a fractal looking design that makes the unit unusable. Contacted the manufacturer about a warranty and have yet to hear anything as of now. Will update if I ever, hopefully, maybe hear from them.
