It worked good for bout 2 hours. Then the wifi and Bluetooth completely disappeared from the laptop as if it never had it. No driver update worked and the one on their website was missing the driver update. You can download the really big file and install but after restart it tells you download didn't install completely and re-downloading it was a waste of time and also you need a 3rd device and a wired connection. I'm not a tech guy so it's takes a little bit more time and effort to diagnose stuff like this but not one thing helped any fixes and also it would tell you this device is not equipped with wifi & Bluetooth. I was thinking of having it looked at but then I found out that 2 or 3 days after I purchased this laptop for $499+ tx that only worked for 2 hours, they reduced the price tag even more. It's $60+ sale difference and im sure they knew about this the day i purchased it. You know how somethings have warning labels, stuff like this should have a 'future sale label' posted on stuff that's already on sale. Ofcourse I would have waited the extra day for a bigger sale. Anyway I just decided to send it back and hope I get my full refund and I did. One other good thing besides the full refund (thank you for that) is that I've learned a lot about laptops since a few weeks ago and have a better understanding of what I'm buying and who I'm buying from. I will not be buying another laptop from amazon and happy this experience is finished.

This is a good computer with a nice, new look. It works well for games like League of Legends, so they run smoothly. The big 16.1-inch screen is a good part of it. The screen is sharp enough to see small words clearly in games and when you are online. If it came in black, it would look more like a gaming laptop.

It works for what I bought it for, playing AoE and watching movies while I travel. Few issues. Gaming laptops generally have an Ethernet port. The keys are not backlit, which I did want and was how it was advertised. The charger broke within a few days of arrival. While I was waiting for it to ship, they dropped the price by about 100$. So I’m happy with it, for the most part, but I did consider returning it because of the price change.

Yeah don't buy this. If you want a computer that doesn't have an Ethernet cable where you absolutely have to be in the same room as the router go ahead. This isn't even close to a gaming laptop. It's not really that great for work if you need to move more than 20 feet from a wifi router. Tried to use it one more time thinking I may have been a bit over zealous but it just gets worse. Tried to connect it to a TV just to stream some videos and this POS laptop keeps bugging out, trackpad freezes up and the audio won't play over any speakers. Not sure what they screwed up here but as far as I'm concerned it's the whole thing.

Decent computer, easy setup, decently fast, battery life is AMAZING. The only issue I have at all with this computer is the speakers are not loud enough whatsoever on their own. Very hard to hear. It also randomly disconnects from the internet and takes a few minutes to reconnect

Sleek metal frame. Its a really good laptop for school. I have VScode loaded up and a couple of a yourube videos to help with a code and it compiles so easily. The windows comes with a minimalistic install and theres no bloatware. It has a lot of premium features for a relatively lower price. Im not sure how they packed a ryzen 7 in here but they did and its running cool and smooth.
