Product arrived 1week later than expected after multiple calls to Amazon. Within two weeks product’s screen malfunctioned, the screen was stuck halfway open. Product also overheats, could be the issue causing the screen to have malfunctioned. Product does work and is useable without the screen open, so return is unnecessary. Also, the bluetooth input will randomly switch to radio causing me to have to re-pair phone and start process over. I’m hoping an audio shop can shock it and reset the stereo to fix the issue, rather than pay for shipping and return fees to refund or replace product. ... show more

The product works well and has loads of features that are helpful to fine tune the sound to your liking. But the materials used to install this product are second rate at best. The mounting sleeve that goes in the dash that this receiver mounts in is such a flimsy piece of metal that it's advisable that if you get everything the way you want it, BE SURE you don't have to pull the unit back out. The metal folds and warps under pressure and becomes disfigured very easily. I had an issue with wiring behind the unit so I had to remove the unit a few times and reinstall. It didn't take long to bend the sleeve all up to the point of having to remove it completely and shape it back into how it was supposed to be. Be careful. The metal is also very sharp and I ended up with several slices on my fingers from trying to remove the sleeve. ... show more
