However, I did encounter a hiccup with entering presenter mode during presentations. The support team was incredibly responsive, offering several solutions, though none resolved the issue completely. Impressively, the seller issued a full refund without requiring the return of the laptop, a testament to their customer service. Despite this, I still recommend this laptop, particularly for small business owners who need a reliable work laptop. If you think this is fast you've never used a computer before. Tried unpacking some files. Slooooow. Tried installing something slooooow. Tried installing updates slooooow. I know I didn't pay a premium for this but for what it's advertised as it's way underpowered and the reviews have to be loaded.

Does the job, quick speed and silent. Quick and doesn’t stall. Holds many tabs and apps without glitching. Great buy for this price especially for Microsoft, was skeptical because I never heard of the brand but am now 100% satisfied!

I was hesitant to buy this laptop because the brand name was not familiar to me. But I saw good reviews and the price was around what I was looking for. I have got it for a few days now. It is very light and quit. I am not a computer wiz, but was able to set it up quickly and add my regular applications and files. Have used it for few days. Boots quickly and I am able to do my normal work on it. It has touch screen capability but I use a mouse and it works fine. I really like it. I took away one Starr, because I had a hard time removing McAfee that kept popping up. It was hidden in the system and I could not find the app in the setting to uninstall. McAfee is a good product but I use a different security software and wanted to switch to that. Finally I found a McAfee tool that allowed me to remove the software. It works great now, have to see if this holds for the long run. ... show more
