I waited and read many reviews of diff chairs on diff sites before buying this one. I almost didn't buy due to spending over $1000 online and worried about the return process. I sent the seller a message with some questions and immediately received an answer from Danny. I ended up buying it on prime day based off reviews on their customer service , which was 100% accurate starting w my experience w Danny. I received the chair with room of choice delivery and in great condition and barely no setup. After testing it out had a question about the air bag tightness which for me was too much. I scanned the QR code which opens up to WhatsApp chat and Summer was amazing . She sent me a new circuit board programmed with decreased air bag intensity and instructions on how to swap it out. Worked perfect !The scented candle and heating pad sent to me to add to the chair was a plus, esp since I was already satisfied. The plug for the pad came broken prob from being tossed in delivery and she bought one from Amazon and I got next day ! Clearly they value customer service. Since then I reached out w questions on massage settings and our ongoing chat has been helpful. I tend to fall asleep on the chair most nights, the material is comfortable and massage just right. I had no issues connecting my phone to the Bluetooth and listening to music while getting a massage is awesome. The voice commands are specific so I keep the little card with the list nearby. The chair doesn't take up much space and easy to move around w the little wheels that came with it. Overall I am extremely satisfied and glad I got this prime day deal.

In a world where we are used to poor quality products and even worse customer service, this product and seller reminded me what quality and excellence are all about. First of all, I had travel plans and needed to schedule delivery. It was impossible to contact the third party shipping company that Amazon uses, and Amazon CS was no help. So I reached out to the seller who replied immediately, asked me for my phone number so they could communicate directly, and then interviened personally to handle the situation. I received many texts from the seller and eventually was able to connect with the company and arrange timely delivery. The seller continued to follow up with me directly until the product was delivered and I was happy. Shocking, I know. Second, I was surprised at the quality of the chair. The product info makes one think it is super heavy and difficult to get in the house but not so. It fits easily through a normal 36” door and was light enough in the box that I could slide it into the house by myself. It is also low profile and fits well even in my small home office. I love the chair. The material is comfortable and elegant, the roller motions are great all across the spine and back, especially the lower back, and the compression pads work well on the legs and arms. I found the foot rollers a little too ticklish, maybe just my sensitive feet. The bluetooth speakers are subtle and positioned well, especially for meditation or relaxation music. I love the remote dashboard mount and the AI makes it easy to change the numerous program features without removing your arms from the massage position. This product is my new best friend! A+ and 5 Stars for this seller and product. I highly recommend both!!

We really like this chair!! It works right out of the box. The option for using the wireless charging pad or plugging your phone in is nice. There is also a small joystick that allows you to control page scrolling on your phone once connected via bluetooth. So your phone on the mount is easier to control. Haven't seen that in other chairs! The thai stretching setting is amazing!!!! But there are a few things that could be approved upon and why I gave 3 stars. First, the back heat is not on your back but outward toward your hips, but you can't feel it at all. The calf heat is nice but make sure you wear pants and not shorts, as it does get quite hot on bare skin. Second, connecting your phone through bluetooth we cannot get it to play music through the chair for some reason. Third, the shoulder area is quite tight for my husband who is very barrel chested. Lastly, I wish it had more options for massaging. The pad is a bit confusing to get to work for different settings and only a couple are labeled. All that said, its still a great chair especially for the price point since we got it on sale. Customer service did send a heating pad but it can't be used while massaging so defeats the purpose. Editing because customer service reached out. There are 2 settings for the bluetooth, connecting to the one that says AMY allows you to play music through the chair. :) They are also updating the heating pad, yay!! Ill update my review again when received. New edit: the company reached out and worked on a new heating pad attachment to test out and sent one. It works great! Honestly, the customer service is AMAZING!! They will do everything they can to make you happy with your purchase. We have zero regrets! I did see the review about the foot massage being horrible and please take it with a grain of salt. I have plantar faciitis and nerve damage in my feet from neuropathy. This makes my feet HIGHLY sensitive and painful all the time. If the foot massage hurt, I would absolutely say it. Could it be better? Sure. For me if you could lock the foot massager to your height during use, it would be better but its made to be adjustable for height and comfort. I just try to sit a little further down since I'm short, so I can feel it better on my feet. The inflation actually feels really good and help circulation. And NO I am not a paid reviewer. I value myself more than that. I review almost everything I buy because I appreciate honest reviews. If you notice, I also do not change my original reviews. I add to them if need be but never change my original opinion.
