I was always curious about an eye massager and how it would benefit me. I ordered this because of a great review about it on YouTube and because I’ve also followed Bob and Brad on YouTube for quite sometime. I don’t know how other eye massagers are, and some of them may already have some of the same features that I’ll mention, but keep in mind that this is my first time purchasing an eye massager and I was sold. :) Here’s what I loved: - a gentle female voice welcomes you once the power is on, when it times out (15 minutes) and tells you what mode you’re in once a button is tapped. So no need to memorize which button is for what. Massaging starts immediately - comfortable fit around your eyes once it’s on. Although, the adjustable elastic strap needs some improvement. The massager is a bit heavy for the strap, but I’m usually laying down when I’m using it. I may have a smaller head. Lol - there are 3 types of soothing sounds/or choose no sound, 3 massage pressures, heat, vibration, 3 volume levels, its Bluetooth ready. I haven’t used the Bluetooth function yet - a coupon was included at time of purchase which was a motivator for me. All in all, I’m very satisfied with my purchase! Very relaxing! The heat and pressure mode is my favorite. The music is smoothing, but if it’s not your thing you can turn it off. 10/10 would recommend.     • Heat function doesn't work after having unit for 7 months
The first unit I received would not charge up after only using a short time. The unit was replaced with a replacement unit and now after 7 months of use, the heat function no longer works. Very disappointed as this eye massager really is good when it works. Buyer be aware that this eye massager seems to be not reliable. Update: After submitting this review, I was contacted by Bob and Brad Company and was offered a replacement massager. I received the new unit in 2 days and have used it for a couple days now. It works great and the customer service was great. I wound now change my review to 5 stars. ... show more

This is a must have. It's comfortable and relaxing. The only I don't like using is the vibration, but only because it's loud. It gives you the option to use what you want which is great.

So... I returned this because it was uncomfortable. The "massage" is actually just air pressure against your eyeballs then alternating against your temples. There's no movement across or anything. Sadly, the lowest setting was too much for me. It hurt as it pressed against my eyes and nose. The strap was very sturdy, but only adjustable to smaller, not looser. So I could see myself avoiding using this device if I had any sort of headache or sinus pressure anyway. The vibration mode was a little odd to me. It reminded me of an MRI machine: a loud thumping sound. Not much on actual vibration, but maybe that's a good thing? I didn't keep it on that setting very long. The heat was the best part. It was very gentle and felt relaxing. I thought the build quality was excellent, but I must mention what I think to be a design mistake. The USB charge port is placed in the fold. This is a good thing as it prevents people from wearing the device while charging. However, it's a micro USB port and a very tight fit. These types of ports tend to become unusable after much use. In this case, I had to use a tool to remove the cord because I couldn't grasp it well enough in the small fold space *and* it was very tight in the port. I didn't want to damage the cord by pulling on it directly. I think this device could benefit from a change to USB C, which doesn't tend to wear out and might both fit in and remove smoother. I can't say this was a bad device, it seems well made. But I think the features just don't work for me, so I returned it. By the way, you can sync this using Bluetooth to your phone. But I couldn't get it to actually play. The prompt voice was clear, but the music and audio book sounds didn't play through. I'm not sure why. But since I kept putting the device on and off to try to get it to work, I eventually gave up. It would have been a really useful feature for me though. The included sounds seemed relaxing, so that would have been fine too. ------ Update: My return was handled just fine. But I suggest Bob and Brad check into their fulfillment company's customer service policies. I'm all for good service, but the emails went on about eight more emails too many asking how they could satisfy me. I politely declined additional products or assistance more than once, but the emails continued even after I wouldn't respond anymore. The quality of the product was great although not what I wanted. But now I'd hesitate to try another. ... show more

This does exactly what I hoped. My entire head feels so relaxed after about 10 minutes using this. One not is the vibration is nearly useless, but i never feel the need for it because the massage function is so good.

    • I like it for the most part
As a nurse, I was happy to buy from other healthcare providers producing self care products. This eye massager works well, and I think the temperature is just right, though it is not adjustable. The fit could be an issue because although it appears to adjust to length, the band is sewn into the side so it does not slide and allow it to be loosened. Due to this and the way pressure is applied during massage, I set the pressure to light or medium at most. It is relaxing and feels nice when I have a headache and I hope helps with my dry eyes. I usually turn off the white noise sounds as they are pretty similar to each other and I'd rather have quiet. A good product on par price and function wise with similar products. ... show more
