It came with a 12 month factory warranty. I also purchased a "HP SMART FRIEND" tech support option for $16.99 per month. This has been an invaluable tool for me as I have called them numerous times to assist with questions regarding downloads, computer questions and even software problems. Mo son is an avid gamer. He's the son every dad wishes he had, so I decided to get him a really nice gaming computer to reward him for doing well in college. He LOVED it! Imagine how devastated he was when it went belly up a few days later!!! Oh, my.... The week before Christmas, no less. I knew if I went through the normal return process he would not have his Christmas present until after Christmas, so I bought the only one they had in stock for immediate shipment.. Thankfully it arrived in time for Christmas, and Christmas was SAVED thanks to the seller's super speed turn around. I returned the bad computer and they fully refunded it's purchase price. I am truly grateful for their fast action and saving the day for my son! And I can give testimony to the quality of their customer service! This is a beast. Everything about it is top of the line in every way. I asked my son if it did any better than his old computer. His face lit up with a huge grin! He says he's almost unbeatable now. Broke the week I received it in November. Took it to Geek Squad per HP and they were not able to correct the issue. I then sent it to HP directly and all they have done is postpone the return date with no option of getting a new computer. Best case scenario, I get it back by February HP said. Spent $4,000 on a computer and I will be without it for more than 1/4 of a year from the purchase date. On the other hand it took less than 10 seconds to process and take my money. (And yes I bought the 3 year warranty) ... show more

This thing is a workhorse! It's run everything I've thrown at it with very high framerates. The hardware was exceptionally well-packaged, with thick layers of foam (two of them), so as to keep everything inside safe for delivery. No issues so far, I hope I don't run into any.

Performs great. The one thing I dont like, is that they cheaped out and give ZERO extra pci slots. I expected this to be a premium build. Not being able to add any more pci cards, is not premium, its budget.

Good seller response and 2-day shipping. Performance and quality of unit is of the highest level. Video processing is very fast versus my current system with RTX3060 card. Got this computer it was packaged really well for shipping with an external box for protection and an internal box housing the computer itself. The computer is working well so far, I was able to configure the lights to display the status for CPU temperature, GPU Utilizations, and GPU temperature.
