I’m very happy with this purchase. Saved approx $300 over buying a new 2025 MacBook Air by buying last year’s model, slightly used. I thought it might have some signs of use, but it looks brand new. Even came in the original apple box with the apple charger. The laptop is beautiful and fast. It also has that signature Mac durability look. I expect it to last many years. I’m upgrading from an 11 year old MacBook Pro that survived many falls and being jumped on by my 70 lb dog more than once. We ordered two different color laptops. This laptop looks to be brand new. I checked the battery and cycle count which confirmed that this laptop has not been used. This laptop lasts for days based on our usage. We're coming from a decade old Intel MBA, so this is awesome. It's faster, quieter, cooler and far more efficient than our old laptop. Computer was clean and the condition was very good. There was some wear on the keys but it was clean and looks new. I purchase this as a replacement for my daughter for high school. The screen on the one she had no longer works and it made more sense for me to but her a newer model rather than paying over $500 to repair/replace the screen. The battery had 100% capacity and only 40 cycles. The only negative was the charging block is not original. Not a big deal since she still has her original one, but this may be a deal breaker for some. Hopefully I will not have to buy another replacement laptop for a long time but I would buy a "renewed" one again. ... show more

I had to return my first laptop after it came with a worn out battery with only 100 cycles and 91% capacity from the Amazon Renewed Store. Amazon was quick to approve my refund including the shipping labels. I gave the Amazon Renewed Store another try and reordered a different laptop. This time not only was the laptop in perfect shape and good battery(36 charge cycles and 100% charge capacity), it came with free AppleCare in it for two years. Not bad 😃. Word of advice, make sure you check the seller when buying; I bought mines from the Amazon Renewed Store directly. Will update if something else pops up. ... show more
