WOW, I got delivered a brand new Apple 2024 iMac M4 chip. How did I get so lucky? I thought I was receiving a Renewed item. It came shipped in the original Apple box, which got kind of beat up by the FedEx delivery service. But inside, no damage.

The computer itself was just as described, they said it was like new and in excellent condition, and it was; not a scratch, not a smudge, beautiful, and everything worked after I got a keyboard and a mouse from my pile of left over stuff to use in place of the junk that it came with that that's all I can say about the keyboard and mouse. They were junk. They were not mac. They were not Apple. They were junk, made poorly in China. I ended up ordering a new full-size keyboard with the fingerprint ID on it, which the Chinese junk one did not come with, very disappointed in that but very happy with the computer itself. The computer came mounted in some outstanding custom molded airbags, (I guess I would say, for a lack of a better description) in a very heavy duty box however, the keyboard and the mouse were packed together in a separate container, laying in the bottom and slamming around anytime the box moved, and that kind of sucked. If it wasn't for the way, the computer itself was packed inside that carton those loose boxes would've certainly damaged something on it but as it was, they packed it well and I appreciate that the machine is up and running perfectly no glitches, knock on wood. I'd actually like to rate this with a three but the computer is what I ordered primarily so I'll just knock them down one point. ... show more

The Mac was excellent. No scratches or any issues, it was the sellers description was the issue. No power cord and a cheap Temu knock of keyboard and mouse… is I’m paying $1000 for the entry level mac, the least you can do is send the Magic Mouse and keyboard.
