    • DOES NOT WORK, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AIPER
I recently tried this piece of garbage for about two weeks. I used it on a daily basis. DOES NO WORK. I have a 24x15 above ground pool. After using the Plus, the pool floor looked like it was clean, but the Plus actually just sucked up some dirt but dispersed the rest only to settle mere hours later in the same place it was originally. Additionally, the Plus would CONSTANTLY get stuck and needed way too much attention and prodding to keep it running across the pool bottom. The plus also cannot be used with the pool pump on. I GAVE it away to a friend, but I was kind enough to advise this person of my findings should they want to find a vacuum that actually works. JUNK. DO NOT BUY. I ended up with a Dolphin Cayman, to which I added the extra fine filter. This unit actually DOES pick up and hold onto fine particles, though its wall climbing abilities are more than somewhat questionable. I should have bought the Dolphin Escape and save a few $$. I am so happy to be able to advise others about these two different units (Aiper and Dolphin). After all the 'GREAT REVIEWS' I read and watched about the Aiper, it turns out to be a TOTAL FAIL. Avoid at all costs. Spend a little more money and choose another brand. Probably ANY OTHER brand! I can't emphasize it enough, absolutely disgusted with the Aiper. Oh yeah, GOOD LUCK if you have to contact Aiper's "CUSTOMER SERVICE". You will have an easier time communicating with a rock you dig up from your back yard.     • Loving my machine ❤️
The media could not be loaded. Update 7/15 Simy From customer service is a rock star! I cannot believe how well the customer service is. We got machine number 3 a “pro” not plus … please read what was happening to my plus below ..this machine is a beast! I put it in and it just kept cleaning. When I thought it was done it started scrubbing the walls which is great as that will help stop with algae. The machine was cleaning for a good 3 hours. With a 2 year warranty I feel super comfortable that Aiper they are here to stay !! I had a Nautilus CC in my garage new in the box just in case but feel this is as just as good machine without the cord !! Posted before It keeps getting stuck to my wall I have a 16x32 flat pool . It goes back and forth and picks up the “sand” brand new pool but then gets stuck on the side of the wall. I have to push it away for it to get rolling back and forth .. looks like there isn’t enough torque .. this is my 2nd one trying this out with the same result .. if I wanted to sit and watch the machine so it doesn’t get stuck cleaning the pool mind as well and do it myself .. gonna try the smaller version as it has a lot more better ratings .. if I have to go up in cost I would rather get a dolphin ... show more

    • Moves around but no suction power!
Very disappointed with product! I saw videos on YouTube recommending this product but it doesn’t work!! It moves around but does not pick up any dirt, picks up very little debris. Not worth it!!!

    • Stopped working
I purchased this vacuum 9 months ago and it has stopped working. It does not move when lowered into the pool. We clean it out like we should, we keep it stored out of the weather and follow all instructions on maintaining it. I do not recomment purchasing this product. Unless, of course you want to throw away almost $300 and by all means, I'll sell you mine for a discount. ... show more

    • Good, but user error.
So my mother has been going on and on about wanting one of these for her pool. So I finally caved into all her hints and got it for her as a gift. But I obviously should have known that her not exactly being tech savvy, and the device being exactly, (Technology). She would never actually be able to use it, or even understand how to use it. And so with that being said, the device works fine, but not exactly for her. So if you might not have the best understanding of devices, and things like that I would recommend to maybe make sure you at least have someone reliable that can help you out, or use it for you. But its a solid device for cleaning pools. ... show more

    • 3 updates…Impressed 1st week hope it lasts…and update..nope. Update 2
So was this the ideal choice for a slanted kidney shaped pool, no. But I wasn’t about to jump the the next one $500 more. It’s doesn’t climb walls, it’s repetitive on my shaped pool but I knew this. But that being said, strategically placed and repetitive uses it works so I’m impressed even with fine sentiment. Quick charge, easy to clean. I do think it moves too fast though and stirs up too much because of the speed but all in all I’m good with this product. Update 1 week later. Charges fine, turns on, goes 15 feet then dies. Doesn’t anyone make quality products anymore especially for all the money spent. In the 90’s and earlier everything would last years in pool equipment. Now we just spend 200x more for something to last little to no time. Getting tired of this waste of time. ………… UPDATE 2 Customer service does still exist and was contacted almost immediately which is impressive these days. Will update on progress. Update 3. Customer service lacks these days worldwide. Amazon and Aiper came through with how things should be done, a big THANK YOU!!. I am a loyal customer to companies and brands and they came through assisting at every step!! Zero complaints only praise. You now have a lifetime customer! ... show more
